We have worked with Clay several different times; twice to sell homes and once to purchase. The first time we worked with him was in 2004 when he helped us sell our home and buy another one. When it was time to sell our home in Murrieta, CA in December of 2016 we just gave him a call and he sold our home in just a few weeks. Clay is professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleasantly surprised that within a day of contacting Clay, he was already at our home taking photos and ready to list it.
