Marshall's Auto Body is a family owned and operated business. Our Staff has over 120 years combined experience in auto body repair and collision work. We repair all makes and model cars, trucks, suv's, along with some outstanding custom work and paint. At Marshall's, our facility has a state of the art Future Cure downdraft paint booth and multiple Car-O-Liner frame repair equipment.

I crashed my nee Dodge Charger in February 2021 when the car was brand new and just 45 days old. The right suspension, bumper and rear end were damaged. As a car enthusiast, I was devastated and never thought she would be in the same shape again. I researched best body shops in the area and trusted Marshall’s for the repair job.
They did a fantastic job on the repair, very solid process, they will keep you in the loop every step of the way. Mark was very easy to work with. The team here friendly and empathetic. Oh, and you get cookies along with the car when the job

My brand new truck was involved in a hit and run. I decided to use Marshalls Auto Body for my repair work. Ryan Peterson was my contact at Marshall's on the scheduled day to drop off my truck Ryan had my paperwork and my rental car ready. I was in and out and on my way to work in just a few minutes. Ryan kept me in the loop through the entire process with text updates on how the repair was going. My truck was completed on time and the repair looked amazing liked it never happened. I am thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Someone at work side swiped my car, did damage to the tire and paint job. They paid out of pocket and Marshall's Auto made everything so easy for me, from estimates, to obtaining payment, and helping obtain a rental car. I was shocked at the ease of service and professionalism. Not only that, but, they went above and beyond to detail the inside as well as outside of my car. Marshall's Autobody did great work on my car after it was in 2 accidents, dealt with both claims simultaneously with no issue, kept me informed throughout, and arranged for my rental with no thought needed on my end. In addition, the interior came back spotless, which was a great surprise as I have 2 children and no further explanation is needed there. Very impressed and will use them again.

After a frantic search for a reliable body shop for my daughters vandalized vehicle we were recommended to Marshall’s by a work colleague. From the start Marshalls did not disappoint. Marshall’s Autobody was recommended to me by a co-worker of mine. I went to go pick up my car yesterday and I was so happy that I wanted to cry! Brought my sons car in as the door had become hyperextended due to a collision and would no longer close correctly (was hanging down about 3 inches). Assumed I was in line for a multi-thousand dollar fix. Guy comes out to take a look at the damage, runs back into the garage and comes out with a tool designed to work on this type of problem. Two minutes later has the door closing correctly and sends me on my way free of charge. I ask him if I can at least buy the team a coffee and he says no need. Least I can do is give them a bug thumbs up in terms of courtesy and service. I will definitely bring

I read on-line good things about Marshall’s Auto Body from local Billerica residents and when I mentioned them to two friends, they also said that they heard great things about them. They kept me informed about the work being done on my car every step of the way. When I picked up the car, it looked like it was brand new. Not only did they fix the damage from my accident but the car was so clean, it looked like it had been detailed. They also gave me a gallon of windshield washer! Nice surprise!
