Carlisle Auto Body is a second-generation, family owned and operated business. We have been in our current location since 1977 and completed construction of a completely new, state-of-the art facility in 2002. Our facility reflects our commitment to delivering the highest quality "product" and service to our customers while being an ecologically responsible neighbor within our community.
There is a difference between repairing your damaged vehicle and restoring it to its pre-accident condition and its more than just semantics. Even after your vehicle has been inspected by your insurance adjuster, there may still be hidden damage to vital components that may not appear until repairs are well under way.
So you've had an accident-now it's time to know your rights and make well informed decisions. You have the right to have your vehicle repaired at the registered collision repair shop of your choice. In Massachusetts, you have an absolute right to select the collision repair shop of your choice to make repairs.
No matter how minor, it is wise to report every accident to the police to ensure that an accurate report is on file in case any problems should arise later. Then, contact the registered collision repair shop of your choice that can assist you with the processing of your claim. If your insurer and your chosen repair shop cannot agree on how your vehicle should be repaired or what it should cost, what can you do?.
Who is responsible for reimbursement for the damage to your vehicle if you are not at fault?. If another person caused the damage, that individual and his/her insurer are required to reimburse you in full to restore your vehicle to pre-accident condition. This includes incidental expenses such as towing, storage and rental, etc. that you might incur due to the loss of use of your vehicle.

I had an insurance claim after a tree crashed into my truck, and Carlisle Auto Body is right in town. I loved working with Dean and Sharon. My truck looks like new. No issues. Great communication. I will use them again if another inanimate object attacks any of my vehicles in the future.

I take a lot of pride in my car's appearance and so I was dismayed when someone drove into me. Carlisle Auto Body helped me navigate the insurance claim procedure, clearly having had many years of experience in the business. Then, after getting my car back, I can only say that it looks and feels as good as new from the showroom. A truly expert job. The shop is clean, the people are courteous and professional. Carlisle Auto Body earns rave reviews in my book. In the course of taking our 3 cars (2 Volvos and a Honda) to them for servicing, breakdowns, etc., we have always been extremely satisfied in all respects.
It's apparent that Billy, Dean and their colleagues are exceptionally knowledgeable "car guys." While that's certainly a critical attribute, what I like about their service goes well beyond their expertise on a wide variety of car and truck models.
For starters, Sharon is a very friendly and competent manager who goes out of her way to make callers and visitors feel welcome.
