No easy way to communicate with staff. Called when I arrived and no one answered.

Great place, car looks brand new, I drove 25 miles to go there. I would definitely recommend to everyone. Was able to leave rental there as well.

Totally professional experience from the estimate, delivery to the pickup. Paperwork handled easily with the insurance company, and the promised completion was beaten by a day! Jim was a pleasure to deal with all around. Highly recommended!

Jim who is the boss is an awesome guy, he went above and beyond showing me they were a good business by calling me with updates on my car, and having it ready as quickly as possible for me I diffidently recommend.

Jim at Luther Body works went above and beyond my expectations. I brought in my Honda CR-V with some damage on a Monday and received the car, good as new that Friday. The estimate was that I wouldn't receive my car until Monday, but they were able to put in the extra work so I could have it back on Friday. Luther Body Works did a fantastic job on my car! My car looks beautiful! It was done on time, clean and shiny when I picked it up. The interior was cleaned spotless and had a new car smell. Very professional, friendly, honest, and great service. I would highly recommend them. They are a hidden gem.

Luther Bodyworks provided me with excellent customer service from beginning to end. There was an initial timeline estimate provided. When a parts delay occurred, I was immediately notified and updated on progress when parts arrived. The work was great and all of the billing was seamless. Overall, very professional and I highly recommend.

Excellent! From the initial phone call right after the fender bender to pick up, the process was seamless. The owner took the time to explain the process, collaborated with me and the insurance company, and the job itself was fantastic.

Found this business owner to be very professional and personable. Was able to schedule the work ahead of time and the owner took time to thoroughly explain the process and manage expectations as to expected completion. And in the end, the quality of the job was outstanding!!!

The owner should improve his communication. Also my car had hidden damage he failed do disclose. They did not fully test car before releasing to me. It was easier to get it finished in another place. He was very confusing. I would not go there again.

Unreliable evaluations. The owner literally doubled cost of the repair by the end. Cost of part did not change but the amount of hours tripled. Seriously? I had to negotiate A LOT, and threatened lawsuit to make a reasonable cost. If he does not know his workers - should not run his store. Also he had hard time to give estimates of repair. Every time next week - that lasted for two months.
Never again.

Had a vehicle back into me a while back and shopped around for different places that may be able to do the repairs. Had nothing but trouble until i found these guys over at Luther. They've been pretty booked up, but the wait was worth it. Professional job, courteous, and thankful for the work. I would absolutely go back. They're not a shop that gets stuff in and out real fast, but if you're looking for a group that does it right the first time, they're your best bet.

We are so happy with the work that Luther did on our son's car. His car looks better than the day he bought it. They were very helpful and professional to deal with and did top-notch work for a reasonable price. Thank you!
