Your digital application will provide the property owner everything they need to make a quick decision and, if approved, your application will be automatically downloaded into a digital lease that you can e-sign. Everything from paying rent and reporting maintenance requests to corresponding with your property manager is taken care of in your Secure Tenant Portal.

As a renter, stay far away from any property managed by these people. We should have seen the writing on the walls when it took them over three weeks to process our application. As a landlord, if all you care about is money, I guess these are the people to hire.
They are entirely unresponsive and unprofessional, and if you move into one of their properties you'd better hope that there's nothing wrong with it when you move in or they will try their hardest to make you financially liable for it. There was a broken pipe when we moved in (as evidenced by them calling us to check for a leak because

My family owns several apartment buildings that we use to manage ourselves. At a certain point, we all came to the conclusion that we just couldn't do as good of a job as a professional property management company.
After considering several companies, we hired Lexington Property Services, and we could not be happier. They are a personal, thoughtful, cost conscious, and wonderful communicators. For our larger projects, they always compile a nice spreadsheet so we can see the competitive bids. They do comp studies for us so that we can see that we are getting the highest rent. They make recommendations

You need not to waste your time, they have the worst customer service, they will reply or answer your phone after a day or two. Their staff is totally unprofessional. Simply if you wanna waste your time and lose other opportunities then contact this business.
It took 7 days for them just to compile the documents in order to submit it to the owner....... Crazy, I had never ever seen such a poor quality service...

Everyone is incredible from the top down and they all go out of their way to add a personable concierge service. No joke. They love what they do and they treat everyone beautifully. Reliable and professional, that has been my experience time and time again with Lexington Property Management.
