They're all good in their job!
I started investing in real estate around 5 years ago, after the big destruction, I have a good portfolio but I am not able to rectify the properties by myself anymore. I hired Bell Properties for the property management, these guys have got it all... The talent, the professionalism, and they've got great reporting. They committed me that your problem is ours.
Almost 6 months ago I switched property management companies and moved to real estate Management. I had plans to repair my all the issues and problems regarding my property across the entire portfolio

I stumbled upon this business with a bit of luck and good timing after seeing an ad and have been quite impressed with their property management ever since. I had 4 properties that needed a new management team since I fired the last ones due to poor conduct. I hired Bell Properties for the task and they've been exceptional from day 1. Honestly the best company I have rented from here in California. I have no complaints at all. Everyone I have spoken to over the last year and 10 months have been wonderful. The house was well kept and they documented everything before I moved in so they can fully compare now that I have moved out. They did our walk through today and made the whole process amazing. I would 100% recommend them.

While checking out apartments in LA, I found Bell Properties. Trying to find apartments in LA are often a challenge once you attempt to find the proper apartment for the proper price. Bell Properties helped me find the apartment that fit my request the simplest for my family and myself. I used to be in search of a two bedroom apartment and that they redirected me to their website to seem in the least the apartments that they had available and in what areas with listing price. My daughter and I rented a property from Bell Properties for 1.5 yrs. The property was managed professionally. Brian knows Calif rental laws. He is fair not only to the owners but also to the renters. He and his team handled the communication between the owners and us very well. I would not hesitate to rent a property managed by Brian again.

I moved into an apartment building managed by Bell Properties about 3 months ago and would like to share my experience working with them. For each request for a service I submit to Bell Properties I get a call or email within a few minutes of submissions and all requests get addressed as soon as possible. They take care of the tenants as if we are a part of their family. All communications are way above expectations. All vendors including plumbers, handy mans, electricians, roofers etc. very highly skillful and experienced. Thanks for such an amazing service.

Reached out for an estimate almost a year ago, and not only was the owner one of the rudest people I've ever talked to on the phone, his services were overpriced and he still won't leave me alone. Wonderful property management team to work with! We met via yelp. They gave me a call, we discussed what we are looking for. We were looking to fill our apartment complex due to two vacant Units. Brian was the one assisting us. He was an excellent help, even during the pandemic he was able to get us two tenants fairly quickly. Bell Property Management company have done an excellent job for me personally. I was looking for an apartment and the sale rep at Bell was so nice and honest. He helped me with all the paperworks and made the move in process so easy. Another good thing from this company was whenever you have maintenance request, they have it done as quick as possible and follow the rule of 24 hour notice.
In general, I am extremely happy when moving in the Whittier apartments. It is more than what I expected.
