The Counseling Center
Are you feeling "stressed out" and overwhelmed, or concerned that your relationship may be on "life support"? Have alcohol and/or drugs become a means of coping with anxiety, depression, grief, or the stressors of daily life? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then you have made the right choice by being here.

As therapists, we often have a front-row seat to miracles. Well, okay, there are no miracles really. The fact is "fixing" a relationship or eliminating unhealthy behaviors can feel overwhelming. Yet, we are constantly amazed by the resiliency of clients and the transformative nature of the therapy.
Services
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about us. Founded by Jason Lynch, MS, LMHCA, LCACA, ADS, CCTP, in 2019, The Counseling Center provides exceptional mental health, couples, and addiction therapy services for adult clients. Our primary office is located in downtown Noblesville with a satellite office on Allisonville Road in Fishers.
The Counseling Center provides exceptional mental health and addiction counseling for adult clients in the practice areas listed below. We treat clients over the age of 16 years-of-age. The Counseling Center offers individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, and teletherapy.

In addition to the areas listed below, our clinicians specialize in treating clients with maladaptive sexual behaviors, infidelity, men's issues, motherhood/parenting issues, LGBT issues, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and life transitions.
Is overwhelming anxiety or depression making it difficult to perform even life's smallest tasks? Has infidelity left you feeling traumatized, unable to trust, or uncertain about the future of your relationship? I know from personal experience how difficult it is to be emotionally vulnerable with a therapist.
I offer individual psychotherapy services for people of all ages: teens, young adults, men and women as well as couples. Throughout my career I have worked in several different levels of care and have extensive training treating addiction and mood disorders. My personal journey in long term recovery as well as professional career has been focused on assisting people to shift from a sense of powerlessness to deep personal empowerment.
Individual counseling is a joint process between a therapist and a person in therapy. Common goals of therapy can be to inspire change or improve quality of life. People may seek therapy for help with issues that are hard to face alone. Individual counseling is also called therapy, psychotherapy, psychosocial therapy, talk therapy, and counseling.
