Hi! My name is Janine Gilarde and I am a Holistic Lifestyle and Nutrition Coach, Registered Nurse and Reiki Practitioner. I guide women through the transformative journey of feeling more energetic, present, and comfortable in their bodies by supporting them in creating sustainable healthy habits and a self-empowering approach for optimal mind-body health.

Reiki is often referred to as 'hands-on' therapy because Reiki practitioners use their hands to facilitate a subtle redirection of blocked energy. By adjusting and stimulating the flow of energy, Reiki stimulates the body's natural healing ability, which helps to put you in a place of ease. Reiki is inherently holistic; it affects the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual-all of which work in unison to support health, healing and wellness.
