I recently had some body work done on my 2010 Honda Accord. A tree branch had fallen on my vehicle and damaged my front hood and rear trunk. Joey's Auto repaired the damage quickly and matched the paint perfectly. Every employee I associate with was professional and trustworthy. They got the job done and then some. They took it upon themselves to fix things that were not discussed ahead of time. If you're gonna go here bring your own parts, order online it's cheaper. They are hella expensive. I had to call for updates, they had my car 4 days. Ask for the total often because they were not good with communicating prices. It was a misunderstanding on my part but I will most likely not be going back.

I was REALLY stressed about my car and in a bind today. I came to visit a friend in Chestertown and had to drive home, which was an hour away. I turned on my car and realized my wipers were not working. I needed my wipers fixed because I could’t chance driving in a snowstorm without functioning windshield wipers. I searched the nearest Auto Body shop and called Joey’s on a whim. It usually gives me anxiety to go to a repair shop I have not been to before but here everyone was so kind and soo helpful !! They got me in the shop and on the road as soon as they could. I appreciate their help and

Small, honest, family business. Took my car in for a noise in the rear brake. Warped drum. Had new rear drums & brakes. Heard good things while waiting in the waiting room (long time customers 20+ years ). Ultimately a defective drum delivered to them and installed on my car caused another noise so I took it back in. In their defense, when testdriven, the noise did not happen at an easy brake. Going downhill, hard brake is when it was loud & clear. They were very concerned over the inconvenience to me & were very accommodating while making it right. I was driven home (I live local) while repair

Asked to have the check engine light checked. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, they had done work without being authorized by me to do the repair work. I do not recommend them and I will never have my car worked on by them again. There are no reliable auto repair companies in town. Look elsewhere. It is worth the drive to have quality work performed.

Don't trust these con artists. I had them check my car for a problem and heard no news for about an hour while the technician took it for a "test drive." I was then told that they fixed the car without my permission and handed me the bill. I'm pretty sure that's not allowed. Even if it is they still communicated with me very poorly. It was not ok. Take your car elsewhere.
