Avoid at all costs if paying out of pocket. Brough in our car, paid 10K cash was told it was gonna take 2 months. After 2 months, I go in after that time because I didn't get any call or anything. Turns out my car was just sitting there, only SOME parts were ordered.
So what ended up happening they ended up charging me $6000 for doing nothing simply because my car was sitting there on their lot, which was there because THEY WERE GOING TO FIX IT. Just a joke really. Avoid.
The lady told me that they their insurance accidents take priority, so regular customers are pretty much screwed. The manager

Initially it was an overall good experience as I left the body shop. Front desk was courteous and service was above and beyond.
The downside was when my dealer themselves showing me that they did a very faulty repair with my car and I only found out when it went through inspection with the dealer themselves. They only repaired my car to get it running. The repair basically did not pass quality inspection
Now I have to pay $1038 out of pocket to fix their mistake. Selective services are good but just please be aware that for as long as you don't see it in your eyes they won't fix it the correct

Absolutely phenomenal service! I found a baseball that was hit through my panoramic sunroof and glass was shattered everywhere. They came out and towed my car for me the same day I called. Super quick turnaround time and my car looks amazing! The staff are professional, polite, helpful, and amazing! Thank you!!

It's not the best thing to be able to rate an auto body repair shop, but accidents happen. For more than 15 years, when they do, we've been taking our vehicles to them. They do great work, are usually finished a day or two before and the car looks like it came off the showroom floor including the interior. Everyone's friendly, courteous and professional. They're the best!
