Over 13 years in the hair industry, and I still get excited every time a client sits in my chair. Being able to be creative and collaborate with my clients to give them a unique style that fits them just right, while giving them that confidence that we are all looking for, is definitely the most rewarding part of my job.

I don't think this business is still operational - so proceed with caution when booking. Courtney messaged me on the day of my appointment to reschedule, and then I never heard from her again. I texted, called and DM'd: nothing. Her Instagram hasn't been active since May, so she might not even be open anymore. Long story short, I wouldn't risk it.

DO NOT BUY A GROUPON FOR HERE. I learned how unethical Groupon is through my experience with Courtney. The reviews on Groupon are screened. Like a few people here, she essentially ghosted me after she said it was okay to reschedule my appointment (thought I had COVID at the time). I tried to reschedule several times. She either wouldn't respond or told me she was booked that day. I tried to get a confirmation on one appointment but she only responded after I told her I was cancelling because she wasn't confirming the appointment because I couldn't get a confirmation from her. I booked an appointment several weeks out. I got email and text confirmation for my appointment. I took a vacation day to get my hair done . I waited for 40 minutes outside the salon, I knocked several times, called several times and no answer. I drove downtown and paid for 3 hours of parking. I would not recommend services here as they are literally non-responsive to emails, requests, and phone calls. Very disappointed I wasted my time and vacation!

I booked with a Groupon, Eden L Salon is now Civility and Sway. It is not located in Bellevue and is now in downtown Seattle. Trying to reach the salon was impossible/felt like a black hole.
I called multiple times leaving voicemails and did not receive a call back. I tried contacting through the website which says it will text and email the salon for a fast response, I did not hear back. I booked online and was told that my appointment was pending, but to book I needed to give my credit card info. If I did not show I would be charged 50%. I went at 1 PM and no one was there and could not reach

Have been a resident of Belltown for about 5 years now and discovered this place last year. In truth, I wish I could back in time and have been going here for my entire time. Easily one of the best salons in Seattle. All the stylists are so talented in color and all types of cuts, would recommend anyone looking for a new spot to give it a look, I have already referred a number of friends visiting from out of town, all have been very impressed.

Jenascia is an amazingly talented and FAST waxer. She is a plethora of knowledge on aftercare to prevent ingrown hairs and generally keeping your skin healthy. She has a very fun and relaxed demeanor, from the first visit on I felt so comfortable with her. I've been seeing her for about a year now and I can't imagine going anywhere else for all my waxing needs. I drive all the way from Issaquah EVERY MONTH, so that's saying something! If I am able to put in zero for customer service or unresponsiveness. If you don't want to honor your Groupon, then you should not have put it up. I followed your instructions to call or text and even sent an email to you and no answer. This is the rudest of all communications. I understand that your time is valuable, but this place does not reciprocate the same courtesy.

Received my first full highlight, cut and blow out from Courtney, and she nailed it! (Best blow out I've ever had) I had the same stylist for 15 years before moving to the Eastside, and I have difficult hair (unruly curly), so I was very nervous, as you can imagine. Courtney knows what she is doing and has a lot of good, positive energy so she is very efficient. Thank you, Courtney!!!

Courtney is more than just an excellent stylist, she is a beautician at its best! She creates a masterpiece with her two little hands! I found her randomly on a Groupon and I'm glad I did! I loved the location and liked Courtney quite well. I was given a Groupon for my birthday and was excited for a new do!
When everything was said and done, I did NOT get what I paid for. After paying an additional $180 on top of my $200+ value Groupon, not to mention the huge tip I left in lieu of a follow-up appointment to finish, I left feeling hurried away and disappointed.
My apt was at 10AM, I received a message that she was running late, which was a none-issue at first. We then pushed it back to 10:30 then until 11. Fast forward to 11AM and I am still waiting for Courtney until about 11

I really really loved my full foil and cut with Courtney. I found the special through Groupon and enjoyed the location and how friendly and fun Courtney is. She did exactly what I wanted and gave me a great cut and framed my face well with the style.
I will be back to see Courtney as she exceeded my expectations. The location is in the Sola Salon Studio in the Target/Dicks Parking Garage at the top up from Ross right off fifth avenue. Great location to shop after Courtney makes you beautiful!

Sarah the owner of Set Salon is a MIRACLE worker!!! Not only has she done a great job with my hair (I'm blond and it is difficult to find someone who lifts it enough, but without creating breakage) but she really listens and endeavors to give you what you are asking for. She is great with both cut and color. The true test of her skill is that my boyfriend received the worst haircut I have ever seen which left him with a lopsided, asymmetrical bob, stacked in the back with lots of layers. She was able to take what was an impossible cut and turn it into a super flattering sexy situation. If 6 stars

I needed to find someone closer than my guy in West Seattle, I love him but it's too far to keep going every 4-6 weeks. I read these reviews and jumped in. She gave me a great cut and we talked about future options. We also watched Naked and Afraid and cracked up.
You won't be sorry if you go see Courtney.

I went in the get a balayage. This is how my hair looks after one session. I have to go twice to lighten my hair since im going from black to blonde hair. I'm really happy with how my hair looks so far. I was kind of nervous to get my hair done because I've had bad experiences with other salons, but Courtney has done such a good job! She's super nice too!!

Courtney is the greatest secret on Groupon right now; she's so funny and entertaining, makes sure you are comfy and really listens to what you want.

Courtney is just perfect. Her space is cozy chic. She has amazing energy and even more talent. I went 2 other salons before going to her and had terrible experiences. I love going to the set Salon. Robyn is amazing and I love the work she does, I have been so happy with every look she has given me. She's amazing. Not only am I happy with the end result, but getting there is a great experience. The conversation with all the stylist is great, and makes the time fly by.
