I am a semi-permanent and permanent tattoo artist and esthetician located in Bellevue, WA. I have always had a love for beauty and skincare and have been professionally working with semi-permanent makeup for 3 years and skincare for 7 years. The reason why I love my job is because I am able to be a part of a woman's journey to being confident in their own skin.

Services
There is a booking fee of $70, which will be included in the final price of the service/services you acquire! If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. If a notice is recieved 24 hours before the appointment, cancellations will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.

I found Jewel through a blogger and I was so impressed with her work that I knew she is the one who could fix my botched microblading from almost 3 years ago. I emailed Jewel with a picture of my brows and she responded promptly with her suggestions. She told me it would take 2 sessions to correct the previous work. I am from out of state, so I flew to Bellevue to see her. She is beautiful, sweet, and kind. She drew what my brows would look like before getting to work. Jewel did a meticulous job measuring and making sure my brows were drawn evenly prior to Microblading. She did inform me that due to my bone structure my right brow appears shorter than my left brow-however, I may still want to fix this because I don't want my bone structure to make my brows look uneven and hopefully she will be able to fix this so that they look more even.
Other than that, Jewel worked swiftly and efficiently. My brows look excellent and I'm excited to see how they look in a few weeks!

I advise everyone to go see Jewel if they're considering of getting their eyebrows done.
It's been over 3 years since my last touch up (I had gotten it done at a different place) so I was bit nervous scheduling the appointment BUT Jewel made me feel at ease. She was quick to respond to my questions via email and made sure she knew what I wanted before my appointment.
After meeting in person, I can definitely say she is one the sweetest person I have ever met. She went into great details of what was needed to be done and really took the time to map out my brows. The process went by

Jewel is VERY professional and highly experienced! I am so happy my friend referred me to her because I've been wanting to get Microblading done for the longest time! I have very uneven brows and she really took her time to measure and did the best she could! I will be going back to her for touch up and also do permanent eyeliner with her FOR SURE!

Jewel is so cute and professional! Very clean and sanitized space, great atmosphere. I am very picky when it comes to eyebrows and she went above and beyond, no one could have done it better. Really fast response on message. I just got my initial microblading and it's wonderful! I was about to fly down to LA to get microblading since no one knows how to do the style I want which is the korean/chinese style. My eyebrows are healing nicely and I cant wait to see them fully healed and after the touch up in 3 week! She gave me exactly what I wanted for my eyebrows and I was really scared at first.

I have done eyeliner tattoo, lip tattoo, and eyelashes perm with Eva Jewel Beauty. Eva is a very friendly and nice lady. I was not satisfied with the initial tattoo, she provided me free touch up until I was satisfied with the colors and looking!! For the healing process, I experienced tolerable pain for the first two days after tattoo, then I didn't feel any pain, sting or whatever after two days of the tattoo. I was happy with the healing process. Eva provided me some healing ointment, and it helped a lot. For the eyeliner healing process, I didn't actually feel pain after the tattoo

I just wanted to add a few more words after having my retouch done! I was impressed with my eyebrows the first time but during the retouch Jewel went above and beyond to create a style that suits my face. She asked me for my opinions but honestly I know nothing about eyebrows and just went with what she said - and omg, I love how they look! She is truly an expert.

I never thought I would agree to ever have a tattoo but I braved it today in the hands of Eva. Oh my gosh, I don't regret it. I'm very grateful I did and most of all I braved it. I LOVED how it turned out. So nervous to have something permanent done on face and the pain of tattoo but Eva has the lightest hand, very professional, technical and precise. She knows what your bone structure needs for balance and symmetry. It's a new trend to have her eyebrow style so to make your face balanced and looking younger. Her treatment room is relaxing and very neat. She's is very professional

I was a little worried because this was my first time, but I was relieved by her friendly counseling and know-how. I made a reservation for the next retouching, and I think I will be completely satisfied after retouching. Eva did such a good job with my brows. She fixed a bad microblading job done by someone else last year. Eva was very patient, listened to what I wanted, and was very meticulous/detailed with her work. I felt no pain and I felt that my brows came out very symmetrical. Eva is also really responsive! She also did permanent the eyeliner for my mother. Both her microblading and eye tattoo service came with a free touch up after healing. Thanks Eva!

Highly recommend! Jung Eun (aka Jewel) was super professional and welcoming. She was a perfectionist with my brows! She took her time to make sure everything looked great. She fixed my old microbladed brows and made them even/more level than before. I was also so relaxed when she was doing the procedure both times (initial appt + touch up) that I even fell asleep! Jewel also followed up with me every few days via text to see how I was doing with the healing process. Great service!
