I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR HAIR STRAIGHTENING. SHE RUINED MY HAIR AND SHE KEPT RAISING HER VOICE AT ME. I WAS INSULTED IN FRONT OF ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS. I decided to receive this permanent hair straightening, because my hair was a little bit curvy, and I didn't want to spend time straitening in the morning any more. I received the procedure from Lily, I talked with her to make sure she knew what I wanted, which was straight and "FLAT", "THIN" hair. I love this family owned business. The owner is adorable. I can't say enough good things about them. Great prices but I often tip more than what the haircut cost.

I have been going here for 5+ years, my husband even longer. A few weeks ago we go in, and they were going to take either me or my husband, and I decided to go first. But when it was my husband's turn, the stylist took a Vietnamese man who'd gotten there after us instead of my husband. When he protested, she said he had an appointment. His hair was already short, he didn't even need a haircut, but I guess he's a regular because he gets it cut even when it's already short? And sometimes you don't need to make at appointment for you haircut, you can just walk-in and get you haircut done .

Hannah never disappoints!! Walk-ins are welcome, but you can also call for an appointment. Long hair, short hair, curly or straight, she can make your look fabulous on a budget with no wait! What's not to love!

Came in with no appointment and they were able to do my hair immediately... I got a color that was terribly needed and it looks really good and good quality plus I got a keratin treatment for less than half the price I usually pay at high end salons! I highly recommend this salon!! They know what the are doing and the prices are good! You don’t feel like you’re getting ripped off by lying triple price!

Consistently good haircuts for my husband. He always gets exactly what he asks for. I have gone here a few times for a trim as well and they always cut the length you ask to be cut off. Great work. Inexpensive cuts totally worth it and a extra tip for the workers. They are always polite, clean, courteous, professional, and friendly!

I went to the this bad salon for a hair highlight I asked for a gray and black highlight they said Yes for sure we can do it, so I had a seat and I asked them more than three times will you be able to get this color for me they said YES YES. I was like Okay if they say so they know what they're doing. She started on my hair spent an hour or so but she was in rush because they got a little busy and she wanted to move me from the chair I was sitting on to a different one so she can do some haircut to other people. I was waiting and waiting no one thought about me till an hour later she came

I got an asymmetrical long bob with layers and my hair thinned out. It was exactly what I wanted and more. Linda looked at the inspiration photos I showed her and asked me questions and gave me advice to get the look that I wanted to be the best for me and my face shape and size. The whole experience was great and she was very pleasant to talk to and has been doing hair for over 23yrs, she is so knowledgeable.

This salon was so great! Took all Covid precautions seriously. My cut was perfect and the curl the stylist did garnered lots of compliments. Wonderful stylists and prices. I'll be back for sure!

It hurts me to write this because I've been a Q Salon customer for several years and I would normally give them 5/5 stars. But since the owner re-opened during the pandemic, things have been very problematic. Here's why:

1) I heard the owner agreeing with a customer who thinks covid19 is "just like the flu" and "not a big deal". This casual attitude towards something that has killed 180K+ people in this country is maddening.

2) They keep their front and back doors open for airflow, which is great, but they serve people who come in without masks. They don't ask

Don't get a Japanese super straight. My hair was only good for a week. It got burnt. It's been over a year and my hair is still recovering. I had to cut my hair short to get rid of the damage. And I'm getting it trimmed every 2 months to somehow get the rest of the damage out.
Total rubbish place.

This is my go to salon, for quality, efficiency and all around friendly service. The ladies are all very skilled and I love that you can be in and out within 10-15 minutes for a haircut, and it is so affordable. I have also gotten my hair toned as well as balayage (see pic) and these ladies know what they're doing. And they have fun doing it! I tell all my friends to go here and they're equally pleased!

I came to the Q Salon to have a Japanese hair straightening done on my hair. My hair is pretty thick and curly but Lily did very well and took her time doing the treatment. We had very good conversation and that made me comfortable. Lily is a really great stylist and kind woman. I was really nervous about having this huge change to my hair but Lily explained everything to me. I will definitely be coming back for my touch up in a couple of months. It is very hard to find a salon that will do this treatment for an affordable price. I am very satisfied with the results and the money I paid for it

Um HELLO!! Either it's been a loooong time since I had a good hair salon experience or this place lives up to the hype. Just got my hair shampooed, cut, layered, blow dried, and styled/ curled for $20!! I have never been here. Just happened to look on Yelp. It was a great outcome. I am in shock of how great it turned out for such a low price. This makes me want to come in every month. The wash peaceful as most places usually are. They had a different style chair when they washed my hair. It was almost like a small bed which was way more comfortable than any chair I have ever sat on

I'd rate this place a 3.5 overall, but if I had to round down or up I would definitely give a 4. customer service was top notch. I was a walk in customer who wanted a quick hair cut. I had to wait about 5 minutes, then asked for a 3 inch hair cut. I was literally in the salon and out in less then 15 minutes (5 minute wait, less then 10 minute hair cut). The total cost was only $15 dollars so you definitely get what you pay for... I think it's a great option when you're on the go and just want something quick...

Linda did a good job colored my hair into silver blonde. She took her time and effort creating this look. I would highly recommend everyone to go see her.

She completely did exactly what I wanted her to do to my hair I didn't even know my hair could look this cute! it is so adorable, and it was so cheap I cannot even believe how affordable it was! I will always and forever come here now!!! Thank you guys

This is not my first experience with permanent straightening have done it 5-6 times before. Have had very bad to good experience but was hesitant with a female staff as my hair are very voluminous and dense and female stylist generally get tired :) . But Lily didn't disappoint me at all. She also did it step by step taking more care on damaged portions of my hair very well.

A popular spot for kids cuts, men, women, and families. Was here walk in around 12noon on a Saturday and almost no wait.

Wanted a trim, layers, and bangs. Stylist was nice and wanted to chat alot which I loved. My hair is pretty thick and natural so as of now I am keeping it long and my stylist made sure I kept the length and just got rid of the weight and thickness with some long layers.

Looking forward to my next cut here.

I was looking for a quick trim in the area, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to give this place a try.

The ladies were welcoming. I told them what I wanted, and they did it. Quick and easy $9 haircut. $5 shampoo. After my haircut was done, she used the blow dryer for maybe 5 minutes and asked me if it was okay to leave it wet. It was probably 30 degrees outside. No, please finish drying my hair.

It wasn't a bad experience, but it wasn't a good one either. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, and I guess I can't complain - it was $15. Overall, happy with my haircut but don&apos
