Beware, Beware, Beware of this place!
They (Victoria) charged my credit card ($1600+) after she approved that all documents and requirements we have are acceptable initially. In a few weeks and after I contacted, they figured out another need for additional thing that they didn't mention at the beginning. Instead, they approved the already available one and comforted us that everything seems fine and acceptable.
Now, to opt out of this and get my money back is very complicated and for no service to be seen in 7 months!!!
Complete rubbish, find somewhere else for God's sake every body.

There is something really wrong with this company! When I signed up with them they told me it would take them a few weeks to prepare my application once my documents were submitted to them. I submitted all of my documents three months ago! They still haven't submitted my application.
They are very hard to reach and constantly lie about when the application will be submitted.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a "professional" organisation!
I am even thinking of moving my file to another firm and taking these guyz to court. They are playing with people's lives but don't seem to

The half-hour VisaPlace consultation told me that they would be able to help us with a B2 Visa application that my organization was having difficulty with. We signed on, paid, and weren't provided anything close to what was promised in the consultation process. For $1, 500CAD/case, they reviewed (and made no changes) to the applications that were 95% completed by my organization. We were assured that they would provide a level of service that was not even remotely met; I'm not even really sure what we paid for anymore. I'm extremely disappointed in visaplace and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
