Your Technician Brian today was so awesome. I really want to thank the whole team. I really appreciate the courtesy calls and the punctual appointments. I just wanted to say that these guys are really helpful, and provide great customer service. We called JS Appliance regarding problems we were having with our old Kitchen Aid microwave/oven combo. My husband called and they gave us an appointment the same day. The technician called and gave us a time frame as to when he would be coming. He also called us when he was on his way. The technician, Bruce, was excellent with a wonderful personality. It was obvious that he had a great deal of experience and he was able to pinpoint the problem quickly. He explained that he had to order some relays for the control panel and he showed us where 4 of the relays had burned out. He gave us the option
