My ac had blown on a Saturday and I was on hold with them for over 20 min...they never ended up taking the call I was just disconnected...To be fair, I haven't used them in a very long time, and we were in the middle of a heat wave....So I do understand they were very busy...but would have liked the phone to have been answered...the one time I did use them I was very happy...so, I would say if you get through, you'll probably be ok...

This place is absolutely horrible, I'm waiting for a part they don't let you win because of Covid understandable if that's the way they want to do it but when they come and help you at the door and tell you you have the wrong number and then you're standing here you get the correct number and now the young kid is not answering the phone or answering the doorbell I would never use this place again this is not the first time that I've had a problem with this place but it is definitely the last and as I've been here they've already lost two customers for the same

I used this company a few years ago and they were very good. THIS IS NO LONGER THE CASE.
I called in early June (around the 4th), My dishwasher was displaying an error message. I was told that due to COVID I would have to wait about 10 days for a visit (understandable).
The technician (Evan, the owner's son) stated there was a slowly leaking valve. He did not have the part and it would have to be ordered. It was a Saturday. I was told an appointment could not be made till the part arrived. The part arrived the following Wednesday, and I was given an appointment for another 10 days. Evan

I'm sad to say that I've had a bad experience even though these guys were good seven years ago. Back then, they did great job getting my AC back in good condition that lasted till this recent summer. So I called them again when my AC failed in the summer of 2019.
Richard came over and recharged the coolant. It cost me over $200 for the coolant and labor. The next day my AC wasn't working again.
When I called to tell him, he was snobby on the phone and didn't offer a refund or any compensation towards a new HVAC. He just said he can't keep refilling the refrigerant since

My wife called on Saturday 6/16/18 for dryer parts. Roxanne was extremely helpful and patient with making sure they had the correct parts for our repair. Sure enough they had the correct parts in stock and the repair was made successfully. Thank you Roxanne and All Tech for being there when you were desperately needed!!! Highly recommended!!!

Be aware. They charged $95 for diagnostic fee. Tech said they will order a part and I just have to pay the part fee. Next day the story changed and they jacked up the price for 2 parts that would cost $269 in addition to the $95. I assume they did not want to do the work. The appliance was only $450 and was 2 years old. It's like a scam to me. $95 for 10min diagnostic fee. They can do many in one day! Fast money.
