Hopefully not too late to the party. I amm 38 years old and I just started out going to the gym a month ago. I realized I wasnt fit for my age. To be honest, i know of only 2 people the same age that are fit. Anyway, I hired these guys to help me reach my goals faster. I am doing 100% better now compared to months ago. No more huffing and puffing walking down the stairs. Great job!

I've been going to the gym for several months now. For the first few months, I only saw minor improvements on my physique. It is only when I hired a trainer I had noticeable improvement. It's been going on for a couple of months now and I can say that I am impressed. I am definitely gaining muscle and strength at an increased rate compared to before.

I hired a trainer because I hit a wall during my weight loss journey. The weight just stopped going down after the first 15 pounds. After a few weeks with my trainer, I knew my decision was right. I lost another 10 pounds or so, and counting. After I hit my target weight, I will finally be able to bulk up.
