As a small business, I can wholeheartedly say I am absolutely stunned by the service I received from Richmond Auto Upholstery. I ordered a custom made seat cover for a customer of mine and thought to myself "yep, that's it - great job Hannah, you rock". WRONG. Luckily, Hansen reached out to me and wanted to confirm that I had the correct part and asked for some photos and the VIN. I thought to myself, "WOW, you would think all places would be this thorough prior to shipping a seat cover, this is awesome!". I searched quite a while for a viable repair or replacement option for my cracked and torn driver’s seat (junk yards, seat covers, etc). Then I found Richmond Auto Upholstry. Although the website only featured pleather (like the OEM) skin replacements for the 2012 Jeep Wrangler, when I called, Hansen told me he could do a replacement skin in leather for a reasonable additional charge. I have bought over 15 lower driver seats units for my Co. ford E 250 vans and many upper (back rest) units (never a right side). I have bought both upper and lower for my personal Navigators. (2 over the years) Bought both left and right seats upper and lower for the Co big truck a E350. (and in another 6 month will need new again; she is well used)

I had amazing experience working with Hansen at Richmond Auto Upholstery. He helped me with replacing the bottom seat cover of my Mercedes C250. The original seat was made of MB-Tex. Hansen helped me understand why my original cover tear off and how Richmond Auto Upholstery sells leather replacements. Hansen was very prompt answering all my questions and helped me place my order. I received the order within a week, as promised. The quality of work is flawless and a perfect color match. The video instruction was very helpful and I was able to replace the cover myself, a DIY project of a few hours

I ordered a seat cover for my truck, it was a fair price. A month after I received it, I decided to trade it in for a new vehicle. I called asking if I could return it which he said no problem and gave me a return authorization. I sent it back just like I received it as I never took it out of box. A month later I never saw the credit. I called and emailed. He said it was given. I said I never got it and must have been given to the wrong person. He said he'd check with accounting. I have a 2008 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer edition where the leather steering wheel was deteriorating from UV and use. A replacement wheel from Ford was about $450. I tried those creams that are advertised to fill crack in leather....nope! That stuff is crap. I contacted Richmond Auto Upholstery and ordered a leather cover off ebay. After my order, I asked if they had a tan cover b/c the one on ebay was black. They contacted me, via ebay email, and asked for a picture and the VIN. So I sent them that. Next thing I know, I get an email from them saying they are making one for me! How awesome is

I called and spoke with Fred, I told him I needed the 2 front seats complete in my ford Excursion. They sell the covers you can take them and install them yourself, or for $75 each piece seat back, seat bottom they will install it (that’s what I did). I thought they had them in boxes on the shelf, but they made them that day, color matched off visual and the VIN right down to the Limited logo stitched into the seat back. I am very satisfied with my seats and any time I need any recovered I plan to call Fred. He inspected the seats with us to insure we were happy with them and explained how to

Freddy did a fantastic job reupholstering the front seats of our SUV. We dropped it off our vehicle at 9 and it was ready for pickup after lunch. The communication was clear and the pricing was fair. The service was friendly and the leather product was very close if not identical to the original leather seat.

Called to order a replacement armrest and the manager, Hansen, was a huge help. He helped me identify the right codes to ensure a proper color match, and then also guided me on how to best replace another part that they didn't even carry that I was looking for (seat heat element). He counseled me on how to determine if it was the element or the switch, and then put me in touch with a different company that had the part. Even told me to call him back if I had any other questions about it. It's tough to find great service like that these days, but Richmond seems to get it.

I called the internet manager, to order a steering wheel cover... I wasn't overly impressed with their customer relations.
The salesperson asked if I wanted the $85 product or $95 product... hmm... I asked what the difference was in quality... he replied that the leather was "thicker" on the $95 product... interesting, due to the fact that the only product listed on their ebay store is for $85... I believe he just tried to squeeze me for an extra $10... Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware).
