I called American Cab (they were recommended by the hospital), they came quickly, helped me find a hotel, the driver and the dispatcher were making phone calls for me so we didnt do unnecessary trips to hotels that were full, saved me money! I really appreciated their attention and helpfulness. Today i had to call them a few times, i had meetings and they were always on time, quick, nice clean cars. While i am in Melbourne i will be using them. Thank you!

Needed a 5:15 ride in the morning to Melbourne airport. I scheduled the day before. I texted them late afternoon to ask for a confirmation and received one shortly after. Dave arrived early. He was professional and helpful. He called upon arrival and was ok to wait if I needed more time. I would definitely recommend American can and will most certainly use this company again,

I called them at 2:09 today for a ride to work they told me 30 minutes. 40 minutes later still no taxi so I called the dispatcher and she told me the driver was on his way so when no one should up by 3:15 I called again but instead of answering they sent me to voicemail i know this because i called from a different number and they answered. I mean they could have at least told me they weren't coming

I can't say enough about the awesome experience I had. I arrived at Melbourne airport around 11:30 at night. The driver called me to make sure I made it and to let me know he was at the airport. Dave, the driver was outstanding. Plus the cost was very reasonable. Thank you so much for getting me to my door safely. I am recommending this cab co to everyone I know🙂

I needed a quick ride to the airport since no uber driver would pick up my route. I called a bit panicked that I would miss my flight, the guy on the phone was very nice, said a cab would come pick me up within 30 min. My driver came right under 30 minutes and was very nice and got me to the airport safely and in time for my flight. Will user these guys again when I come back to Melbourne!
