When you think of auto transport carriers, an open auto transport carrier is likely the trailer that comes to mind, as it is the most common. Our open auto transport carrier has the capability of transporting up to nine vehicles at the same time. Your vehicle would be secured on either the lower level or upper level of the carrier, both of which are open air compartments.
What do I need to do to get my car ready for shipment? While nothing is required to prepare for shipment, we advise our customers to try and remove all personal belongings, remove all toll passes (so you don't get charged while in transit), and try to have around a tank of gas. We had a good experience with National Dispatch. While we had asked that our car be delivered by a certain date we felt lucky that it was only 2 days late. The last carrier we used our car was 2 weeks late. The driver was excellent and moved our drop off in front of others as we needed the car. I will use them again.

After searching for an auto carrier that could ship (at low cost) from California to Florida I was lucky enough to find Ian Day. From the beginning he gave me a confidence that this was going to go well. After giving the go ahead our car was onboard a transport within 48 hours and arrived a day earlier than my best case expectation. The driver provided a mid-trip progress update and a courtesy call 2 hours (and also 30 minutes) before arrival on each end. Loading was quick and careful. I recently shipped a car from Washington DC to Los Angeles. The timing was tricky because I was also moving and had to coordinate the shipping with when I would be in LA to receive the car. National Dispatch was recommended by my moving company and I am grateful for the advice. Ian was extremely responsive and flexible with my complicated schedule. The car arrived safely and I received timely communication regarding delivery. The drivers on both ends of the journey were professional and flexible with timing. Thank you.

What can I say more about National Dispatch. Ian was the BEST person I have ever worked with I believe. I transported my car from Lexington KY to Piscataway NJ earlier this week, and the entire process was so smooth and so well coordinated. Ian was so caring, and understanding of all last minute changes and stuff that are very normal in a process like this, I felt like no pressure while moving. I wish all business owners are like him and take care of their customers like the way he treats them.
