I took the shuttle for a cruise on 11/13 and on 11/20 both days service was phenomenal. I mention another in my reviews I have a disability so Mobility is challenging for me. So how people after to help means a lot both trips I had female drivers and both drives made sure I got on and off the shuttle safely and

Waited 45 minutes for them to attempt to fill up their shuttle. If I knew they were not going to leave in a reasonable amount of time I wouldn't of took them. Use if you just have nothing to do. They have 10 people inside a car and just want to hit 12 people. Idiots. There goes the tip on bad service

Stay away if really need transportation! I reserved a ride to take me to the airport the next day at 3:45am to catch a 6am flight. Waited, called, waited, called...even the hotel called and NO ANSWER, NO SHOW! WTH! Having to catch an early flight is stress enough, but then to not have reliable transportation is even worse! You should be able to depend on a taxi service. Tried to support a small business, but thank goodness for Lyft!

If I can give no stars, I would. Horrible service. Tried to catch a ride to the airport and we were brought to the side to wait for the next available car. The employee just kept adding people to the line in any order and had no cars coming for passengers. ENDED UP WASTING OVER 50 MINUTES WAITING BEFORE DECIDING TO LEAVE AND CALL AN UBER AND ENDED UP MISSING MY FLIGHT. Every time I asked for an estimated time or available car I would get brushed off. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Awful customer service. If you have a big party don't waste your time or money. The lady at the booth tell me she'd get us on a taxi after I explained how big our party was and how many bags we had (family of 6 coming off of a 7 day cruise). We sat there and watched the taxi drives pass us off to take smaller groups, even a 18 seater passed us up because they'd rather have more groups in a taxi than to have one family take up the space. This went on for about an hour and when we went back to the lady at this booth she was VERY rude and became combative! We ended up grabbing a rental

This is the worst. 1. Not enough shuttles/vans in the fleet to service the crowd. 2. I was constantly told 10mins..it took an hour 3. The workers at the port acted lile they didnt know where the shuttles were. 4. No dedicated port shuttles when other cruise ships arrived at the same time. I wish i could rate it zero stars.

Avoid. Walk if you have to, but if you value your time and money, run from 888!!!! They should change their name to .888-NO-Transportation! 888-phones don't get answered. 888-We say 10 minutes, but we meant 3 hours!! This has to be a shell/fake business because it's certainly not a real Taxi service. I'd gladly pay an extra buck or two to use Lyft and KNOW my driver will arrive as promised.

I always rely on yelp. Being on vacation and completely at leisure I forgot to turn to my friends on here for a recommendation. We got off our cruise ship and wanted to grab some lunch at Grills which you can literally see from the dock. They told us $16 round trip for 3 people. Great! They told us to call 10 minutes before we needed to be picked up. Call number 1 happened and they said they would be right over. 24 minutes later. No one. We called back just to inquire. Incredibly rude and said they would be there in 10 minutes. 15 minutes later.... nothing. Called back to see what our option was

We paid $100 for 2 adults and 2 children for a round trip from Port Canaveral to Kennedy Space Center. That in itself should be reason enough to stay away... but there's more.
The driver told us to call 20 minutes before we were ready to return. We called for an HOUR and their phone wasn't working. They literally stranded our family at Kennedy Space Center with no time to make alternate arrangements to return to our cruise on time.
Avoid at all costs.

No complaints, other than the guy that picked up at the airport was more than a bit distracted for the first 10 minutes of the ride trying to get on the highway. Cell phone, texting etc. He even rolled down the passenger window and yelled across me, as i sat in the passenger seat, at another driver. we would recommend again, no company will be pefect.

My family and I had just gotten off a cruise ship and had a two-year old with us. We didn't want to ride in a shuttle without a car seat, since it would be almost a 1 hour drive to the airport and we thought that wouldn't be safe.
We politely asked Jason, a rep from this company, if they had car seats. He told us they do at the office and it would take time to get here. We said that was fine since our flight wasn't until the afternoon

Call uber if you are getting off a cruise ship.
They loaded us on a 20 person van and told us it was $8 to and from Grillz bar area; we paid the guy and took off...no paper work. NO NOTHING!! The guy with the blue costa sunglasses gave us his card and said call this number to get brought back to the ship. So we call them and they charge us standards fare back to port.
Ask him about it, and industrial amnesia sets in. We never do that...
Lesson is, make sure you get your paper work from these guys before you step fit in their van. I understand their 2 star rating now.

We had a mixed experience with 888 taxi in Port Canaveral. The hotel pickup was well organized and on time. On the other hand the pickup after our cruise was a terrible experience . They had over 25 people waiting to be picked up. The employee at the cruise port had no clue how long it would be before they would send a shuttle . After waiting 45-60 minutes I took Uber which only cost 10 more than the shuttle .

This is literally the worst company I've ever seen. As a cruise ship crew member, we have to take 888 from the port and it's so disappointing. I wasted over 2 hours of my day waiting for the shuttles. They are not worth the price and the drivers are incredibly rude and unsafe. They pack the shuttles ( even have people stand on the stairs by the door) and yell at their customers. I'm shocked they are still in business. If you want to survive your trip around Canaveral, use Uber. (I wouldn't have given them any stars, but you have to rate at least one)

Fair pricing - compared to the cruise prices. They are prompt and quickly make themselves available. We decided to take them when it became apparent that Uber wasn't available. It's quite the taxi business around here. It's a tricky area to navigate but our driver knew his way around. No money exchanges hands...just a tip if you choose too. My only complaint...he was quite chatty -not my style - just take me to my destination. Thank you very much.
