I have been involved with computers in some form or another since the days of the Commodore 64, which was my first computer. My background includes an AS degree in computers and several years of first-hand experience, both at home and in office settings. I have used several generations of computers since my first Commodore.
I enjoy tinkering around with both computer hardware and the programs that run on it, and am always finding out new things about computers. I got into the field of 'repair' because of a natural inclination to want to help people. In my first office setting, I became the guy who fixed the software problems on the office computers and taught my boss how to use her computer and the software that computer used.

Peter came in and did the job. He is very knowledgeable on a multitude of subjects, not just PC. I would recommend him because of his knowledge, his considerateness and the fact that he showed up when he said he wound. Peter is excellent at his job. He is kind and gets your computer fixed right up. He has fixed mine twice now and I am grateful. He is knowledgeable about computers. If he doesn't know how to fix it right away he researches and finds a way to fix it. I will be recommending him to my family and friends for their computer needs.

I called Peter to discuss if my laptop was salvageable after it had been extensively covered in water. When other repair shops told me they wouldn’t bother to fix it or told me it would be too much and Peter talked through the options and recommended another shop that may be able to work with me. I appreciate his thoroughness and professional advice and the time he spent talking with me.

Peter's technical skills are of the highest level. He's also very professional, prompt and efficient. But what's even more exceptional about him is his unerring patience, nonjudgmental attitude and ability to explain complicated concepts in an understandable way. I'm a fairly low-tech person yet my jobs and activities depend heavily on a functioning computer. I've worked with a variety of others on various computer issues, and often the issues were resolved but at higher price tags and varying degrees of unpleasantness.

Our PC needed a good cleaning out. Dust, malware, etc. Peter came to our home the next day and fixed it. He explains clearly what is needed and what he will do. I especially like learning about things and he was patient and even liked explaining things to us about the computer. Very happy with the service, the in-home service and reasonable rates. We definitely recommend Peter.

I had picked up some malware which completely locked me out of my computer, and since I run my own business, I needed it fixed quickly. Peter came over on time, worked on my computer and had me up and running in two hours. He also added some software that helps to keep my computer bug free so I'm a very happy camper. It's so convenient to have Peter come over to my house instead of having to take my computer into a shop and wait for two days to get it fixed. Peter does a great job!

Peter is phenomenal, the absolute best! He is hands down the most knowledgeable, honest, efficient, trustworthy, convenient, patient, and personable computer tech ever. He has great rates, excelled customer service, and does house calls...what more could you ask for?
