Critical: Professionalism
They need to train their personnel that when they go into a place of business that they have to wear a mask. A older man sneezed all over the Pilot Truck Stop in Hagerstown before going to the coffee and spreading his germs over that area. When I asked him about it, he said yea, yea, yea!

I finished clearing off some area on my property but I couldn't get the seed and straw down for my new lawn before our first snow. As luck would have it, the Potomac Excavating crew swung by on an unrelated matter. They installed two all-terrain drainage trenches in my lawn for free!!! Luckily, they carefully avoided the compacted gravel driveway to the directly to the right. Phew, that was precise work!
