I have ordered from DealRack on multiple occasions for my company. Unfortunately the service was very bad. They sent incomplete shipments for every single order. The customer service did not work to amend the issue and I had to go to my bank to help resolve it. They consistently put wrong items into orders and were not friendly or helpful in fixing the mistakes their own employees made. I’m very disappointed and frustrated with the terrible experience. If you are serious business owner I would not waste your time especially if you have deadlines to hit. DealRack is a very unorganized and unprofessional

NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!! I own a clothing business where time is everything, I placed an order about a month ago and I still have not received my items. I paid for fast shipping and I got probably the slowest shipping ever. All of the other bulk websites delivered to me in less than a week. I should not have to pay extra and not get my items in the time they told me. NOT OK! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

The prices are great and the delivery time is pretty good. I had one shirt with a defect, but otherwise everything else was great. I will totally shop here again in the future.

We ordered for our small business for uniforms. Some things I did return, for the fit was not correct. The fleece that I did keep were really nice fitting and easy for my embroidery company to work with. I wear mine every day, wears well, washes well and looks great. These pieces are only a couple months old, but so far so good!

I am not the youngest of customers and have had a great deal of experience with both brick and mortar and online stores. The Deal Rack is one of the best I have dealt with. I will only buy button-down dress shirts and have had great difficulty finding them that are not drab and blah. The deal rack has a large selection of just what I want. I found my new favorite shirt store.

The sweatshirt I ordered from Deal Rack is of the highest quality! It is 80% cotton which is very difficult to find, but was able to with Deal Rack. The sweatshirt is sewed and tailored as if it is a professional jersey with expansion panels on each side of the garment! Heavyweight, comfortable and roomy. The cuffs/waistband are also sewed/reinforced very well . I was very surprised as it definitely exceeded my expectations for a common sweatshirt. I would definitely order from them again in the future!! I highly recommend Deal Rack for its quality and quick delivery service from the time of placed
