The Balance PT Team is extremely passionate about what we do and who we are. We are committed to providing the highest standard of care from your first phone call to your last treatment. It is important to us to give each patient our undivided attention and personalized care. We blend manual therapy techniques in order to achieve movement restoration along with strength coaching and appropriate exercises to become the best you.
It is our goal to maintain a high standard of care and individualize treatments for our patients. In the current environment of managed health care, many insurance companies are adding restrictions on what they will allow for their subscribers and are requiring us to treat patients according to their rules, rather than according to your needs.

Unfortunately I have had many surgeries and been to many PT places, but none has taken their work more serious than the entire staff at Balance. I had my shoulder replaced and did not know what to expect. Fortunately I was introduced to Lindsay and Geya at Balance and the rest was nothing short of amazing. They are more hands on than any other place I have been to in the past. They take the time to explain about your body and what is causing certain pains and restrictions. It took 10 month for my recovery, but I actually have to remind myself at times that I had a shoulder replacement.
Thank you
Thank you

Everything you'd want from a PT provider! Personal and professional, takes matters very seriously and goes the distance to ensure your recovery and help their clients reach their goals for overall wellness. Great variety in methods, techniques and exercises. I was skeptical at first, I did not believe PT would help my injury... Until I came here, it's made a huge difference and made me a believer!

I have been to a couple of PT's and Acupuncture clinics for my lower back pain and tendinitis but have not had good results in the past. I decided to try Balance PT and I must say they helped me a lot. Lindsey and Emma spend a lot of hands-on treatment on my back, elbow, and shoulder. They also started me with pool therapy to improve my balance. They are the BEST. Becca, Rico, Sherry, and Kristen had also been great!

WOW! People who are caring - and customer service is great. I know that my husband will get the best treatment here for his knee. From the front desk - to the therapists. So much activity and not disjointed. You want to get better - come here. The atmosphere alone is soothing. Professional all the way - thank you for helping us and I do hope others will find you like we did.

This is one of the best physical therapy places I have gone too. They are professional and accommodating to your schedule. They did a great job and when they felt they had taken me as far as a PT could instead of gouging you on any unnecessary session they referred me back to my MD for further/more in depth treatment.

This is THE BEST physical therapy office I've ever used! Much better than my experience at other sites even (---ford) which didn't seem to know how to accommodate a person with my needs. Having RRMS with intermittent ataxia makes PT a challenge, if you don't know how to work with this kind of situation.
First off, Sherry was fantastic at finding a spot for me. I had to wait a month because they're so busy but she worked to secure my appointments for the first 10appts! That's fantastic as I don't have to ask week to week regarding my next appt.
Both Lindsey and Greg

I have been requesting my physical therapy notes for over a week now. I have spoken to Sherry who by the way is the rudest person I have every dealt with. All I want are MY notes and they cant seem to get it together. I'm thinking they are billing insurance and not documenting the progress. If you can avoid this place I would. Becca by the way is an awful manager.

It is now known as Balance Physical Therapy.
Very professional and enjoyable place to recover from surgery, or an injury. I mean if PT were any fun. Lindsay and Emma are excellent, and their staff is also just as good as they are.
I'm back on my second stint for my other shoulder after 4 years. Yes they are that good.

I've been coming here for a few weeks now... recovering from and learning how to function with a dysfunctional (I have Chondromalacia patellae which was discovered via MRI after a recent injury) knee.
And...
I've been very happy coming to Balance Physical Therapy for my rehabilitation. The office staff has been really easy in regards to being flexible with my appointment scheduling. I lead a very busy, ever changing, chaotic, wouldn't change it for the world, fulfilling life. It's much appreciated that Balance Physical Therapy understands that.

Run don't walk to this business. The location is great and you get a month for free at the Delta Valley Athletic, club in the same building, to use while you recover. This is very helpful because it supports the work they do, and has a pool for more therapy. More importantly, the staff, Lindsay and Emma are very caring and excellent in their work. They are thorough. My visits are usally 2 hours. They use ultrasound, stim and ice at the end, which really gets the blood flowing aroung the injured area to speed healing. I had a minor meniscus tear repair and was still limping two weeks

I have had bad experiences with other PT places. this location is by far ONE OF THE BEST places I have ever attended!! I'm really picky with the type of service I receive. the staff are amazing and the environment is VERY welcoming. the staff greet you with amazing customer service and REALLY help you on your road to recovery!! I would recommend this business to anyone looking to get back to where they were before they got injured!!
