In 2005, Kabat & Associates Physical Therapy was established by Samuel and Jodi Kabat as a mission to create an atmosphere where people could come to receive much more than just a Physical Therapy experience.
The company was established to help people address their physical limitation and recovery as a greater means to help them: "Embrace a Pivotal Moment", "Engage Their Greater Potential", and "Enhance the World" of their own lives and many others around them.Over the past decade, the company has grown much larger than just two people with a vision.

I have been going to Kabat and Associates Physical Therapy from the start of this year. It has been an incredible experience. The staff is wonderful and caring. I’ve had severe pain in my neck and shoulder mainly because of my high stress software engineering desk job. My therapists Dennis, Kervin, Sam and Kelsey have been amazing in my progress to health recovery. I am always in a better shape after every session.

I have been going since 2014 for a spinal problems after I broke my neck in 2004. Then in 2015 had more surgery on my spinal cord plus was diagnosed with MS at the end of the year. My neurologist at UCSF wanted more therapy with balance and gate so I went back of course they were my number one therapist. Wonderful caring people. Both Sam & Jodie are the best . They also have caring staff on the front desk Lisa and helpers to work with you too. I go every week and I look forward to going. Don’t hesitate book your appointment now you won’t be disappointed.

I've been going here for about 7 years now and can say without a doubt this is a great PT office. My therapist Mark is incredible, amazing, nice and super talented -
the BEST therapist I've ever had and I've had quite a few. He goes above and beyond what other therapists do. I'm so grateful and thankful I found this place and am lucky to have Mark!
