Ain't B's Bakery

My husband called and ordered a birthday cake for me about a week before our trip to Helen. He said the lady was very helpful in ordering the cake. He only knew what flavor cake and that I love buttercream icing. She assured him she would make it beautiful and that she did. It was simple yet elegant.
The cake itself was very moist and tasty. The icing was perfect. Not too sweet, just right.
I absolutely loved my cake!! Thank you so much!! Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love visiting each time we are in the area. Great little find with delicious food and friendly service. The biscuits and gravy are a must try.

For breakfast - Its basically your energetic life-loving grandmother dishing it out.

For cakes - Some of the most fun flavor combinations and concoctions. Vanilla Jasmine cake with raspberry compote. Yuzu Lemon cake.

My husband and kids am an not stop talking about how good their breakfast was today. I am sad I skipped out. Then wanted to go back and eat here everyday but it wasn't open. Best food of our whole trip according to them!

Miss Linda Did a Wedding Cake and Cheese Cake and lots of Cupcakes!! She was so Amazing and super Helpful to make this a Day to remember for the Bride and Groom. She was Knowledgeable and a Joy to work with. The Food she made tasted amazing and you can tell she Loves what she does. Thank you so much Miss Linda We Love you!!

This is a fun spot in the northeast Georgia mountains with outdoor seating and a view. The bakery is top notch, and the ambiance is delightfully rustic. Clientele include banjo and dulcimer musicians.

Amazing breakfast food and the best service. Even got to talk baking with the owner - she gave me tips on how to make a great caramel icing!

The sticky buns alone are worth the drive to this cute bakery! Very friendly owner and the pastries are amazing!

If you are passing through this area, this is a MUST stop for breakfast. Hands down... THE BEST breakfast pastry I have ever had. Make sure you try their sticky buns. Some of the best hospitality you will ever experience!

OPEN TODAY SUNDAY 9/2/18

The owner, Linda, was so hospitable and even sat down with us to chat. Food was delicious and came out quickly. You can tell she really takes pride in her work and we even got a rare behind the scenes tour of her bakery that she offered us after we finished eating.

We first had the BK special which consisted of eggs, sausage, and cheese. The eggs were so fluffy and had a nice flavor with the melted cheese. Y'all let me tell ya..Ain't B's is the place to go and satisfy your sweet tooth. From Cinnamon Rolls to so much more. Very friendly with a nice porch to enjoy those sweet goodies and a cup of coffee. 😉

Just ordered my wedding cake and the owners were terrific. Great ideas, great cakes. Fabulous experience.

After speaking with them via Facebook I had my fiancé call to get a price quote and talk more about what I wanted in a wedding cake. She had a horrible attitude on the phone with him treated him like he was bothering her and claimed "They weren't a bakery they were a confectionary art studio."( Insert eye roll here.) She might want to rename the place and remove bakery in the title if she doesn't people calling it a bakery. On top of that she claimed she had never spoke to me when I sent my fiancé a screenshot of our conversation to give him the number. Hopefully she can work on her phone etiquette

This mom and pop bakery/cafe is well worth the trip if you're near Helen, Georgia but beware that it is NOT in Helen. Follow the highway a few miles out of Helen past the gorgeous Anna Ruby Falls and then another mile or two up the same highway and you'll see Ain't B's Bakery on your left.

We made the mistake of not ordering one of their specialties in advance so we missed out on the pies but our breakfast was still fantastic and the owners and other customers were incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions for sites to see in the area.

There aren't many places

If you are visiting Helen, GA-please-for your tastebuds sake-skip all the places in town and head out here for bakery treats and breakfast. It's a perfect place to fuel up before or after a hike. The owners were so friendly and ran this place almost like they were hosting friends who had just dropped by to chat. My family was so overwhelmed by the warm greeting and the delicious smells that greeted us when we walked in, we ordered way more food than we should have; a yummy cinnamon bun, gooey sticky bun, fluffy omlettes, pancakes, thick sliced bacon, french toast, and grits.
