Cliff was great! He was so polite and professional. He seems to be the sort of appliance repairman you would always want to have. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and smart! Great combination! What we wanted was for somebody to come in and assess the situation, fix what could be fixed, order parts necessary and leave us feeling that a man of knowledge concerning the workings of these tricky and “oh so necessary” items for life had come to our house. Cliff was just that guy. Thank you!

I have requested service for gas stove knob repair. Technician was not able identify problematic knob . He only placed order for one knob while there are two problematic knobs. Also it has been two days now and we have not received replacement parts yet.
