I have been coming to Texy Nails for about 2 years and on Saturday 12/4/21 I was very disappointed I called to make an appt with my regular person for almost a year for Pedi & Dip. I called to also let them know I was running behind but will be there in 10 mints got there waited 35 mints and the water for pedi went cold and the person that did my toes wasn’t my regular and she nicked me & cut the big toe nails crooked, then didn’t even do my dip because my regular was doing other things! At this point I was so frustrated! I won’t be returning. I called to make an appt with her if she wasn’t

NEVER returning here again. Nails were crooked, then had the male paint my hands…he just put the paint on and it looked like a child did it. He went around my skin on every finger with polish remover and a brush after he painted them. I couldn’t take it at that point, and had another lady repaint, which was better, but still disappointed at the quality. Very disappointed.

When I went the lady who did my toes didn’t listen to what Pedicare I wanted she gave me whatever one she wanted I had asked for the stone rocks and she gave me a different one. As as for my nails hasn’t even been a week and I had one pop off not break but pop off. So disappointed I paid almost $200.
Update: the owner redid my nails and very happy with them and very thankful for what she did!!! I most definitely will be back💙

Did a good job but weren’t personable in any way. To the point of when you spoke to many of them, they act like they didn’t even hear you. Maybe because they don’t understand english well? The complimentary drink, don’t even think to ask for more then 1. You can ask for another drink as I did 4 times and they act as though they didn’t hear you. I suppose complimentary drink means exactly that, you are cut off after 1. It was OK, pedicures were good not the best I have ever had for the money.

I just left what would have been my second appointment at Texy Nails. I really, really wish I could have stayed because Kevin is 5he best nail tech I've had in years.
Unfortunately, his Team Lead allowed someone to sit down for a refill/full set literally minutes before I showed up for my 3pm appointment, which had been booked 2 weeks prior.
After waiting for 35 minutes without so much as someone asking me if I'd like to look at any colors, i finally asked Kevin how much longer he would be. I was t9ld that it would be another 15 minutes.
Unfortunately, I have an extremely busy schedule

So far my nails are still perfect. I got them done on April 5th with Helen with sparkley pink ombre. I have been looking for a nail salon for 5 years all over San Antonio from the south side to northwest, north side and in universal city since I moved from AZ. I'm super picky Bc my mother was a nail tech and I've gotten my nails done for almost 30 years. I recently moved near the shop and was hoping to find a place nearby that I liked enough to go back at least twice and I will definitely be a regular. Now I just have to try their pedicures.

What an amazing experience! My girlfriend insisted I go to Texy Nails with her and get a pedicure. As a guy I felt weird. But Tiffany did an amazing job! Not only was she very friendly and easy going, but the whole process of their fancy pedicure was amazing. It included a massage and fancy ingredients. I’ve gone twice already and absolutely love it! 5 stars!

Do not waste your time here, the front desk assistant is crazy, she was on her phone the whole time and acted like you were bothering her if you asked any questions and even walked away like she was stressed out if you asked anything. Terrible customer service. Heavenly Nails up the road, never disappoints, highly recommend them instead

Very disappointed. I usually always come here when i have time to get my nails/feet done. Today i decided to run in at 6 being that they close at 730 & i had to work, and i asked for a full set and a pedi & their response was "*looked at clock* we close at 7 can we just do one service today?" That's like going to a restaurant an hour and a half before closing and asking if they can just serve you drinks and an appetizer. Texy nails has officially lost my business .. very rude and unprofessional.

The pics in my car are right after I left. I was disappointed then, but I didn't have time to get shellac redone. The other two photos are the next day (today), and they are already a mess! I didn't do any heavy cleaning or anything. This is not acceptable. I do not recommend this salon, or at least Cindy.

I definitely recommend Texy nails for all your nail and toe needs. The service is always genuine and never rushed. I go to Tiffany for all my nails and she always does a good job! She always makes sure the customer is happy and that is why i choose her for my business. The shiny holographic powder dip is my favorite. You won't be disappointed, just ask for Tiffany!!

I moved about a year ago from Schertz but ever since I been getting my nails done here my thumb nails now grow with ridges and severely dented. They have never looked like this till I went here. I'm so disappointed. They will never be the same and it's embarrassing the way they look now. I've had a few issues with this place and the cleanliness of their tools. This is unacceptable.

Truly disappointed with the service. I waited 45 minutes from my appointment time because the lady who did my nail was busy taking care of another customer. The lady did a harsh job doing my nails & seemed to be irritated to me when I asked her nicely if she could just try to finish my nails before a certain time since I already waited for a long time and I have an important reservation to attend to. She actually did finish my nails quickly by filing my nails so hard & with extreme pressure. I felt horrified & still showed calmness since I hate creating a scene. For some people who

Texy Nails deserve a 5 star because they consistently do a great job with my nails. Their customer Servicequalität superb. I have been a customer since they opened almost 3 years ago. I have zero complaints. Tiffany always treats me like family and appreciates mine and everybody's business. She tries her best to please those customers that are not satisfied, but sometimes you can't please people that don't want to be pleased. The salon offers discount to military personal, acknowledges birthdays and even gives a discount to those paying cash. It just can't get any better. They

They do the bare minimum. I don't go get a pedicure to hear a timer go off every 5 minutes. That is NOT a relaxing. They blast their cell phone videos the whole time you are there, or speak Vietnamese the whole time. I told the lady I had some ingrown toenails and asked her to help them she only pressed on them. Like I said bare minimum.
Also the air was not on when I arrived. I wasn't offered a drink. Just hurried to back.
