Loved the color and the care. Another lady asked for the same color once she saw mine. I did not like the Sunny D mimosa. Also, I felt pressured to get the higher price pedicures when I came in for the lowest priced one-- I ended up getting the middle price one. No wait. Kinda of far for me, would return of I am back in this part of town.

Went in for a pedicure and paid extra for the leg and foot massage and hot wax treatment. The lady that worked on me was very rough and nicked my toes several times I felt very rushed she had me in and out in 1 hour when I got home I noticed several of my toes weren’t polished all the way and I could still see pink on one of my toes from my last pedicure at a different salon. Unfortunately I can’t say I will be coming back here I would rather drive out of my way than pay $45.00 for a pedicure that wasn’t done well

I was very disappointed with my pedicure yesterday. I had been here a few times, and most times things were okay. Not yesterday. Like another review, the technician made it a point to offer the most expensive pedicure on the menu. Stupid me, I went ahead and chose that one. I absolutely did not get what I paid for. The massage was terrible and she barely had enough hot wax in the sack to cover my feet.

This is nail salon I usually go to been going there for quite a while but I believe they have new owners now I like the color of my nail polish but I did not like coming home and having to clean all the excess nail polish off of my fingers my toes were not the same color as my fingernails though I'm not quite happy about that.

First time being here. I went because I had seen some good reviews. I was really disappointed. I went in and got a pedicure of course was asked lots of times to get the most expensive pedicure. Stuck with the regular pedicure. Then asked for a color and she told me that it was better to get shellac. I didn't want shellac because first she said it was an extra $25 then when I said no thank you she said $15. Just stayed with the regular. As I'm watching her paint them I can't tell they are not going to come out good. She said it's the nail polish. They move me chairs

This is my first time visiting this nail salon and I am so happy with how my nails turned out :) I had a guy do my nails and he did a great job and was gentle with my nails. They have good covid protocol, there tools were sterilized, masks were on entire time I was there, he wore gloves while doing my nails, and also they told me to wash my hands when I came in. Overall this is a great place to get your nails done .

The ladies that work here are very kind and talented! You can tell they have been in practice for many years. The woman working with me kept breaking to ask what I liked and wished to change about the design. I never had to change a thing, my nails are beautiful! But the concern was greatly appreciated. 10/10 would get my nails done here again.

I made an appointment wasn’t seen until one hour later. But of course they are so busy because they are good at their skills. The demand is wanted very much so. If you wished to have what you want exactly do expect the price they ask they are so worth every dime. Very sanitary and understanding and attentive. The ladies kept bring drinks to those who were waiting patiently. I came with a picture of designs I expected and I most definitely received what I wanted. We just moved to town this year and I've been trying a few spots to find my new nail place. I think this may be it! Tammy did my nails for me and she did an amazing job! It was busy when I went in and Tammy does such a good job of juggling several clients at once. I showed her a picture of something I saw online and it came out better than in the picture! She was very personable and staff offered drinks. Tammy ended up doing a powder set for me and adding foil. My nails looks like presents! Ready for Christmas!

So I haven't been to this salon in over 5 years. I stopped going because every time I would go it was like the prices were higher each visit. Due to COVID-19 , my nail salon went out of business , so I gave EZ another try. I loved their service. I can always appreciate when you ask for both pedicure & a fill they work on both at the same time! The only thing I didn't like was towards the end of my pedicure the lady asked me if I wanted gel on my nails again & I said yes, she said that'll be $20 more! I wish she would have asked me that question when she was removing the gel

I have been here twice, both times during the pandemic. They were kind and did an awesome job! I enjoy getting my nails done here and would recommend them to anyone in the area! The first time, my nails were done by the owner. She is so sweet and does a great job! The second time was by a gentleman. He didn't say much be he did a good job as well. They tale the proper precautions, all wearing masks and ensuring you wash your hands along with taking your temperature. I will definitely continue getting my nails done here!

This place would have 5 stars if all of the staff acted polite and as professionally as Tammy. I only continue to come here only specifically for Tammy. Today I had the worst experiences I have ever had at a nail salon and if it wasn’t for Tammy for taking care of the situation at hand, it would have been my last day of service here. I don't agree with the way the place is ... from the moment you get in there is not seating room . They tell you to sign in the tablet and with people checking out it makes it hard ... finally checking in it asked who you prefer .. i asked the front desk lady i just want first one available, she tells me i have to pick ... so then we sit down at the nail dry station.. mostly because they only have 6 chairs and none to which are open 10 min later they tell me they are ready for both me and my mom to sit in the pedicure seat my water was too hot then too cold my moms seat didn't even work

If I could give this place 0 stars I would !!!!! This place is terrible on every occasion. They don't take pride in their work my paint jobs typically look like crap !!! Services are overpriced for the experience!!! I live 3 mins away from this place and I'd rather drive 20 mins to schertz , pay the same and leave satisfied . They get irritated with you if you want basic services !!! Not friendly AT ALL !! The most relaxing part about the pedicures are the massage chairs !!!! Oh and don't have a complaint......they look at you like.....and ???? I hate looking like the hard to please

I tried but No! I've been going here to get my nails done for almost a year and I have finally had enough! The only reason I kept goin back was because the nail color selection, they are really close to where I live and they do a good job but I bought my favorite color and now I'm taking that and my business elsewhere. This was one of the worst nail experiences I've ever had first off the lady argued with me on what service I wanted then when doing my nails the guy cut me a few times and acted like it never happened then kept sticking his nail in the cut wounds. Then after my nails were done they were messy so I asked him to clean them up and he looked at me and said " No, you just wash them" I washed them and it messed up a few nails and he was like you messed them up and sighed bc he would have to fix them so I told him to just removed all the polish and if paint them at home. Worst manicure of my LIFE! DO NOT GO HERE! The woman who did my manicure cut me THREE TIMES! One cut was very deep, hurt like hell, bled for a long time, and looks terrible! I should have told her to stop right then but I didn't. Then she charges me full price for a terrible, bloody manicure. She also didn't completely cut my cuticles down which is the entire reason I got the manicure. Should have been a nice experience with my sister and aunt. Turned out just awful!

Only my first time but I loved it . I went an hour before closing and didn't leave till an hour after closing and they were still so patient And took their time. Was busy but was addressed quickly. They are nice, but quality of products is poor. This is within 24 hours. Chipping and cracking of polish... It was very busy there today on a Sunday. Manicure was only $13 which was nice for a quick cheap coat, but I didn't expect them to chip this fast. Pedicure came out fine, maybe because they aren't being exposed as much.
