Our air wasn't working and they came on a Sunday to fix. Turned out to be a simple fix but they checked things out, gave us lots of tips and charged us a fair price. I was ready to hug the technician if it hadn't been for COVID. It was cooling quickly by the time he left.
We will use them for tuneups, cleanings and preventative maintenance in the future. They really are Triple A!

Called around 9am to have someone come out and look at an issue we had with our ac unit and was told someone would be out 1-6pm. At around 4:30pm, no one had shown, so I called back to verify someone was still coming. I was assured that yes, if they had scheduled an appointment, someone would be there, even if it meant coming after hours. I was told the tech assigned to us was finishing up a job nearby and may be there after 6, but they would be there. At 7:30pm, I got a call from, the technician informing me they would not be coming by, and I would be moved to the next morning. I don't mind

I was referred by a friend, who was referred by her friend. I got a handful of quotes. They ran the gamut from cheap to exorbitant. AAA Modern was not the cheapest but I like how thorough Jed, the salesperson was. The installers were professional and really worked. They didn't exchange two parts that were fairly new and lowered the total price. I had an issue with the thermostat after the installation, they sent Jed the same day I called and took care of it.

Excellent professional air conditioning service, wearing a mask to protect customers. Have used them for 3 years now, with annual maintenance plan evaluating every 6 months. ONCE AGAIN, AAA Modern Air did great job cleaning coil. It was dripping pretty steadily (substantial water forming below) after close to 7 years without cleaning coil, regardless of proper maintenance. Pointed out how slime infested it was. Juan came right at 9am as scheduled and did a thorough job of cleaning/flushing out coil, while being very meticulous in keeping my apt neat & leaving all as he found it. Not the first nor last time no doubt using AAA. I've finally decided to go with the $150/year service contract to cover any unpleasant surprises, 2 cleanings AND a great 20% discount

Don't use!!!! We called them because our ac em was stopping throughout the day.. clearly a problem!! The guy came in and said nothing wrong without looking at anything!!! Not even checked one thing!!! We called someone else and they were able to fix the problem..
Had they investigated and found nothing then fine but they looked at NOTHING!!!

Please disregard my prior review and find a different company. Hopefully one that isn't just about you throwing money at AAA, and more about building relationships through expert service and workmanship.
My last experiences with AAA have been bad enough to make me update my review. Technicians with no knowledge and experience, and managers who act like there doing you a favor by taking your money.

This company has been my worst nightmare. My husband and I used them to install a brand new AC unit two years ago and they have been here eight times "fixing" the AC unit. Due to installing the drip pan/float switch incorrectly it caused a massive leak to the unit below us. The started blew up. The lines have been clogged on multiple occasions. Its been hell with this company. When calling and expressing this massive headache I spoke to a supervisor named Eric and he was not helpful and a bit arrogant. I can't even believe this is a family

I was so impressed. My air was not working. I called first thing in the morning, spoke to Eric, the service manager, who was very professional. He sent Hendrick out that same morning, really appreciated that. Hendrick was absolutely wonderful. He was polite and knew what he was doing. He fixed my problem, and I was very impressed with this expertise and this Company. I would definitely recommend Hendrick and AAA Modern Air, as I was so happy with their great Customer Service!!!

Nicole was very sweet to get my appointment in for my 6-month AC maintenance. I took time off work and waited home from 1 through 6 pm but AAA decided not show up. Not even a call. I called the next morning and spoke to Erik. He helped me to schedule another tech to come out the following day. From 1 to 7. I waited home (again) till around 5:30 and decided to call AAA Modern Air to make sure the guy was still coming and they won't ignore me hit 2 days in a row! Apparently, the business has this rude angry lady who answers the phone put me on a VERY long hold. Over 10 minutes. And she did

I was willing to pay their prices, since they charge a lot more than their competition because of their great Yelp reviews. I thought their service would be good. With a ton of competition, service is what sets you apart.
I had to replace my entire AC unit, and Justin Castiglione sold me my AC unit. He seemed to be very thorough and professional. I had a broken acrylic panel that needed replacing, and new filters as well. He said that though replacing acrylic panels is not what they normally do, he would be more than happy to help order an acrylic panel and help me install it at cost.
