DO NOT USE PMI AIR CONDITION they are a Terrible unreliable and a whole bunch of liars in this PMI company they installed A/c unit in one of my condos was slated for PMI to install another unit in another house cancelled them before they started second install. First one they installed left a leak in unit because they didn't check there work. Called them out to check why unit is freezing up and not pushing out cold air after 2 months. They said Unit low on freon, they still never checked why freon low, so they installed new freon and charged me over $300. I called there dum service manager

From the time I met Esteban for the estimate to the time my job was done, I was very pleased! Mike & John were very personable and respectful of my home. Unexpectedly, I had to replace my unit and Mike & John tackled the project efficiently. Esteban made sure the labor warranty was filed, he also forwarded a copy via email and even assisted me with submitted for the rebate through Johnson Controls which I received about 3 weeks later. I'm thoroughly pleased with their service and follow up. I'll be using them for my annual a/c maintenance and even grabbed extra cards to share with family & friends

For anyone thinking of using this company, BE AWARE!!! Their service is horrible! We had a new unit installed on 7/8/17 and have had nothing but problems since. The drain line continues to get clogged and water pan filling up shutting the unit off. I have had water come thru my smoke detectors and air vents pouring into my closet and floors. Never once held them responsible for damages. They have been called out twice to" fix the problem" they still have not done so. We even purchased additional maintenance program for $$139.00 and still they charged us an additional $125 to empty a pan of water

PMI Air Conditioning failed to properly install a new YORK Heat and A/C unit. It took approximately five appointments over 30 days to constantly â correctâ mistakes that they overlook during installation. As consequence, they had to replace parts twice,and almost reinstalled all over again.I have complained to PMI about unit generating humidity in my home for the 2 months right after installation. In spite of the installation â correctionsâ the problem is still NOT fixed and persist. First time I let know Service Manager S. Mendez about this issue he sent tech #1 to change the expansion valve

Esteban came to my home to give me a second opinion on my evaporator coils after another company came out and serviced my unit. The other company did some work and told me that I needed another job on the unit
Esteban took pictures and showed me that I did not need the work the other company told me.
Esteban did clean my drain lines and only charged me $100. The other company did a poor job installing the unit and Esteban fixed that too.
The other company quoted me $500 for work that I didn’t even need.
Esteban was right on time, professional, friendly, and cleaned up afterwards.

I placed a request for quote at 4 in the morning on a Thursday morning. Estaban got back to me before 9 am with a promise to come check out my unit the next day (Friday), which he did.
Unfortunately, my very dependable old Carrier unit of over 20 years finally wore out.
After checking out my unit (Friday) and us going over the cost and details of a new install, we agreed on the terms and John and Mike were promptly at my house Monday morning and did a fantastic job installing my new 3.5 ton York unit. The unit is very quiet and I look forward to my power bill going down.

After receiving quotes from three companies, I selected PMI Air conditioning to install two new 3-ton York air conditioners in my house in February, 2018. Esteban sold me the units and he was very professional throughout the process. The work was done on the day we agreed and the technicians sent to my house did an excellent job. Esteban also came by my home while the technicians were working to make sure the work was done well. I requested a building permit. My AC was leaking and I contacted Addie (I apologize if I spelled the name wrong) to schedule an appointment. He responded to my call and messages immediately. The two gentleman that came to fix my AC were very polite. I had bad experiences in the past with other companies. But the services I received from PMI was outstanding. I am very happy. Lastly, I would like to add that my AC wasn't turning on after the service was made, and they came over first thing in the morning and fixed the issue and explained the cause. (FYI was my mistake, I had the humidity on). Once again they were very polite.
