My coworker told me about Duane's auto for my Lexus. Well last week my check engine light came on and I popped in to meet with the people at Duane's. They took a look at my car right away and found that I didn't secure my fuel cap. They secured the cap and turned the light off. I was expecting to pay the $90 diagnostic fee but was told with a smile that I was good to go!

I discussed with Duane my options for 30k/30 month service. He pointed out that he would do an oil change and check vehicle with what may be needed only, (not the boilerplate menu that dealer would automatically perform), due to the low mileage on my truck (less than 22k). I appreciate him looking out for me in a financially prudent way, while also keeping my Tundra in tip top shape. Thanks Duane, see you in 6 months.

I have been going to Duane’s for more years than I can remember. The first time I took my car to him was to get a second opinion for what was going to be a $1500 repair. Duane looked at it and told me that the other mechanic was pricing it based on replacing an entire part (so long ago I don’t remember what it was) and that it really just needed a… piece of the part replaced and it was around $500! My first visit and he saved me $1000!
Over the years all 6 members of my immediate family have taken their cars to Duane and would not go anywhere else. Duane and his team are honest

Great local shop who really know the Lexus vehicles as advertised. I took both of my car to Duane’s to have regular service work done and also some needed repairs. The estimate was spot on with no surprises at time of pick up. They fully explained all work that was done and even vacuumed the inside of my car and cleaned the wheels. This repair shop is really an alternative to the high priced lexus stealerships In the area!

I’ve been to Duane’s twice. I find this place clean, the technicians are competent and explain things well. I particularly like that they fixed my car when there was a problem and didn’t “fix” my car when there wasn’t a problem. I think that means they are honest, which I value more than anything.

This shop is incredible and the staff of professionals that work there are second to none. I had my Rack and Pinion Steering replaced, Front End Alignment, and my Bluetooth Micrphone replaced. Tyler and Lenny were great and communicated with me every step of the way, and gave me a FULL description of the work to be done and took the time to explain why they were doing it. This is my new repair facilty moving forward and I'm happy to have made contact with them. Goodbye dealership and good riddance!

This was my second time at Duane's. I had an estimate already from the first time I was there and decided to go ahead with the repairs. My car is a 2006 hybrid with 200k+ miles on it, I considered it a junker and was limping it along. After 2 visits to Duane's the car is great, never ran better and I don't consider it a junker anymore.

The best service shop in Pinellas county, I just serviced my vehicle there and I was very happy with the way they run the shop. From the start Duane was very friendly and welcoming.
