My father was hospitalized and isolated during the Covid19 pandemic of 2020 due to a fractured hip. In addition to being the only physician to return my calls in a timely, professional and empathetic manner, Dr. Mark Jacobson also performed the necessary, life saving surgery! Many an intern could learn from his skilled, yet humble approach. As well as earning my trust and respect, Dr. Jacobson also has my thanks.

I had the misfortunate of meeting with Dr. Finkenberg yesterday. This doctor displays an inability to even pretend to show concern about a patient's well being. The alternative is that he simply doesn't care. He provided me with no information as to what might be causing the pain, provided no assurances whatsoever that experiencing numbness and debilitating pain in my neck, elbow and hand for the past 6 weeks is no cause for alarm, didn't offer any injections or prescriptions. He didn't ask if the pain was getting worse or better, what specific movements made it worse, how I was sleeping, how I

Just sitting in the waiting room and the receptionist's are constantly saying rude things about patients, scoffing and not being professional. They dont call the day before to confirm appointments and if you call them, the front reception staff give you attitude and say we never call the day before. They certainly need some lessons in interpersonal communication and professionalism. If you dont like your patients or treat them nicely, then go work somewhere else.

Don’t know how they have a 5 rating. I broke my arm & ER told me to follow up with an ortho doc. Here, I didn’t even get through the “intake” process bc the girl I spoke to was totally rude & condescending FROM THE START. She obv hates her job. To verify that I can be covered for a follow up visit, she first asked my address & phone number. Shouldn’t the insurance information be asked first to see if they accept it? And either they DO or DON’T accept Medicare, there is no in-between. In mid-sentence of asking a question, she stopped herself (bc it was inappropriate??) & asked another
