At Be F.I.T. Train our Trainers are highly educated, with all earning a B.S. Exercise Science. We offer personal training, exercise classes, strength and conditioning, group training, and youth sports strength and conditioning. Our mission is help many individuals and athletes become the best version of themselves or as we like to say, "become your best self."

With business that is growing at a steady rate, we hope to grow an even BIGGER healthy, happy and fit community. Here at Be FIT Train, we welcome all ages and fitness levels. Beginner or advanced in your fitness journey we have just what you need. You are capable of doing anything & with our help, support, and motivation we will get you to achieve your goals.
Services
Be F.I.T. Train was founded in 2018 by Kailyn during her last year as a collegiate athlete. We started training young athletes for their sports seasons, then we grew. We later starting holding outdoor bootcamp classes, along with online programs. We focus on community and bringing people together one healthy step at a time.
I am here to help you achieve your health and fitness goals one step at a time. I know time can be small for some, but I assure you that we have many ways to accommodate your fitness needs. From in person to online I will be here to guide you through each step. Whether it may be one of those harder times or not, you will always get my full support and motivation.
Come be a part of our team this summer (selected weeks). With a mix of basketball & strength and conditioning, your athlete is getting the best of both worlds. With these two together we are improve our basketball skills & getting stronger & faster. Also each week we will learn many new skills, meeting new athletes & have tons of fun.

Kailyn is a wonderful trainer with vast knowledge. I started as a beginner level and signed up for outdoor sessions. She is thorough and VERY patient and professional. Whatever skill set you may have she will adapt as she always comes prepped with a personalized routine. I love the variety of workouts and her care and concern. Day 1 and throughout my journey with her she goes over any restrictions, injuries, etc and takes this all into account. She has taken my weight loss journey to the next level! Highly recommend :)
