A Natural Fit is a team of personal trainers and wellness professionals who are committed to helping you to achieve improved movement, nutrition, and overall health. We work in-home to help you balance your busy life while moving toward a more fit and balanced self. A Natural Fit was founded in 2001 and has helped many clients like you achieve their wellness goals.

We offer a variety of services including In-Home Personal Training, Wellness Coaching, assisted stretching, Cardiovascular training, Post -Physical Therapy Injury Management, Exercise for Controlled Diseases, Group Training, Boot Camp, Nutritional Guidance, Outdoor Training, Fitness Assessments, Exercise for Older Adults, and Web Training.

Heidi has the education of exercise prescription, nutrition, exercise physiology, biomechanics, injury prevention and care, and kinesiology to offer to clients. Heidi is an American College of Sports Medicine Exercise Physiologist certification holder, including fitness assessment and exercise prescription, injury prevention, group training, and nutrition.

In-home training is great for beginners who feel intimidated or uncomfortable in the gym, on-the-go professionals who just don't have the time to travel, moms who want to keep an eye on their little ones, or anyone who enjoys the privacy and comfort of home training.A focus on functional exercises gets the most out of your session, infusing cardio intervals with strength and toning exercises.
If you are looking to make the most of your training experience, try adding web training to your workout routine. Enjoy the same one-on-one attention with ultimate convenience. Pack in an intense workout for 30 or 45 minutes, or schedule a 60 minute workout/stretch session. Training can also be combined with heath coaching to give you a holistic approach to your wellness.
Looking for the individual attention that personal training offers but desiring a more affordable option? Grab a friend, sibling, or significant other and sign up for small group training in your home or outdoor location. Small group training works best with 4 or less participants in order to receive the attention and proper instruction on technique you are looking for!
A Wellness Coach is a trained and certified individual who works with you to set realistic and attainable goals to make long-lasting positive changes in your health. Your coach will guide you through identifying your goals and help you create a plan to reach them. Wellness coaching addresses your nutrition, fitness, sleep, creativity, and relaxation.
