Shannon goes the extra mile. She truly is an advocate and doesn't gloss over defects in the houses you are looking at. She knows quite a bit about construction and has a keen eye for home issues. She takes care of many associated activities such as home inspections, etc. She has been a pleasure to work with. I have been looking for over a year and engaged over agents, but none are comparable to her. Unqualified endorsement.
