My girlfriend and I had a really good time here. Owner was nice enough to allow an exemption to the 21+ rule, with me being 20. It's a basic motel that you'd see in an 80s movie, but it has cable, good wifi, and comfy beds. for just the two of us, it was perfect. the owners are extremely friendly and there's free pastries under the holly tree every morning. it was nice being 10 mins from ocean city, and only about a half hour from wildwood, atlantic city and cape may; far enough from

What a great motel. Everything was super clean. The room was a bit on the small side, but that's not a complaint merely an observation. Everything worked including the A/C and flat screen TV with real HD cable (not the crappy limited channels you get in the chains) and free Wi-Fi. The owners were incredibly nice and accommodating. Will absolutely, positively recommend this to friends and family and will be back!

The Room was Beautiful, Quaint, a little on the small side, but we just needed a spot to lay our head down, The air conditioner was on before we arrived very thoughtful to the Owner Cindy for doing that!!!
As I cannot tolerate heat!!
Also the continental breakfast with keurig coffee and pastries and bagels under the oak tree very nice touch!!

I have been visiting the jersey shore as long as I can remember. I have stayed in a variety of places but this by far is one of my favorites. It is very quiet and the location cannot be beat. It is in Marmora right down the street from the GSP on/off ramps. Simply taking a right will take you onto the bridge to Ocean City to the right is Route 9. The rooms have a few different sizes ours was a smaller one which was fine. An adorable motel! I have had so many horrors from booking at motels that were a "good deal" and I was really skeptical. Upon arrival, I checked in a parked in my numbered spot. Walked into my (which already had the AC on - it was 93 degrees out!) and was so relieved to see how clean it was! It's a small room & bathroom but it has just what a couple needs, a chair, desk, FLATSCREEN TV w CABLE!!!, an AC unit that actually works and a small bureau. Everything was so clean and I was so relieved! The bed was so comfortable I slept better in it than my own bed at home. It was a great

This is not luxury by any stretch of the imagination. The stars are all for: great value, nice owners (family lives on the property), nicely kept grounds, and location. It wasn't the biggest room (OK it was tiny), or the newest. But they had a nice flat screen TV with good channels, cold AC, and let us do 1 night on a Saturday night in August for $130 including tax (try that anywhere else in Ocean City).
