Services
Vintage mid century charm meets modern beach casual. Our bright rooms offer an easy and relaxed style. Many of the 1950's original features of the Zenneth Manor have been maintained or restored alongside all the modern conveniences. Each room features a private en-suite bath complete with original tilework, which adds true retro charm.
For Weddings, family re-unions, or other large groups, please contact us directly for rates, packages & whole-house rental. Sand is no fun in our guest rooms. We provide an area to rinse off the sand and ask that our guest rinse feet and beach gear. We also have a clothes line to hang beach towels, bikinis and swim trunks to dry.
Outside, you can relax and mingle on our large awning covered front porch which is especially inviting after a long day at the beach. The classic adirondack chairs and bistro table offer places to unwind & kick back after a busy day. The oversized beer garden table is the ideal gathering spot for snacks or a cold beverage on the front porch.

LOVE this place! It's surprisingly quiet just one block from the boardwalk. The decor is perfect - clean and pretty combining the old world charm of a '50s motel down the shore with up to date amenities and comfort. The owners are very friendly and accommodating; they've thought of everything. We've stayed a few times and will definitely return!

It was a pleasure staying with Jeff and Hillary. Their warmth and laid back vibe was perfect for a beach getaway. They had so many helpful recommendations and truly made my mom and I feel at home. This place is a gem! The inn has a great vibe-- relaxed, clean, comfortable, simple, beautiful. Perfect for a laid-back stay at the beach. Love that the owners do their part to protect the environment (solar panels, etc), without sacrificing comfort! Would absolutely stay here again; I highly recommend the Zenneth!

My friend and I stayed here during a weekend trip in Ocean City, and this place was perfect! It was a great location and a very easy walk to the beach. We loved the free coffee in the morning and eating our breakfast on the back deck area. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend away. The owners were very accommodating, kind, and helpful. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

My husband and I stayed at Jeff & Hillary's wonderful Inn for our second annual anniversary getaway, and it is largely due to the Zenneth that we started this tradition! You can't beat the location as it is just far enough removed from the boardwalk that you don't hear the constant hustle and bustle, but close enough that in under five minutes of walking you're on the beach (without the hassle of needing to find a nearby parking spot). Not including all the food options available on the boardwalk itself, there are a number of restaurants and food vendors also within minimal walking distance in

I know times are tough right now for Small businesses so I wanted to jump online and give a review. I recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Ocean City. The rooms and bathrooms are small, but it was impeccably clean and the owners are just adorable. A youngish couple who hijacked their chosen professions to start this B&B. From the second we walked in, they knew our names without us identifying ourselves. This is our second year staying in the Garrett Loft. The loft is clean and spacious, and charmingly decorated with beach theme. This year with the newly remodeled bathroom was just icing on the cake. The inn is conveniently located to beach, amusements, and restaurants. The porch is a great place to chill with a cold drink after a day at the beach. Owners are super welcoming. Complimentary beach tags are a plus!
