Tom was born and raised in Loveland, Ohio to Helen Megie-Rooks and the late Elmore Estley "PeeWee" Megie.

I chose Megie Funeral Home as that was my Mother's desire. I have been woefully disappointed with their services. Despite being friendly, the missed the mark on way too many items to warrant a favorable review. My mother's obituary contained dozens of spelling errors. I provide the funeral home with my Mother's signature lipstick, a beautiful shade of plum. Megie applied peach lipstick which isn't something my Mom ever wore. And to top it off, they sat on the death certificate for over 2 weeks. That is unacceptable considering we had items that needed to be attended to for my Father. Sadly, we

The most caring service in our time of need. Every detail attended to compassionately, covering all aspects of picking my Uncle up and thru cremation. So many things that you don't even immagine: detail upon detail. Right down to paperwork to enable you to fly on an airline with cremated companion.
