We did not have to worry about a thing, we always felt at Peace throughout it all. Pam was exceptional from the beginning to the end! Thank you very much for being a part of our time ,you never made us feel as if it were a business transaction. It was more like meeting a new friend that responded with kindness and gave us there full attention. May you prosper in all things. E, Work and Family.

We just had my mother's funeral yesterday at Dovin & Reber Jones Funeral home 10-16-20 and we couldn't of asked for a better place , We've had my son Chad and my father Alfred's funeral there also. First of all the staff is on their game, Very compassionate and accommodating, the place shines inside and out , parking is plentiful. Our family has gone to many funerals in the Lorain , Vermillion, Amherst and Elyria area, but hands down this is the place to be. Their mortuary makeup artist is the best. We love this funeral home. Alfred Zocchi and family.

Whoever owns this funeral home should be ashamed. I attended a "funeral service" of a friend at Dovin & Reber Jones this morning (9/23/19). The deceased was displayed on what appeared to be a metal cremation gurney with a sheet over the body that hung down only a few inches allowing the seated and standing attendees to see the undercarriage and wheels. Nearly 100 people were in attendance. Granted, the husband obviously didn't have a lot of funds; however, whoever runs this funeral business obviously doesn't have a "heart." As much money as they make -- at the very least -- they could have invested
