We own and operate the Ohio Cremation Center, one of Ohio's newest, most advanced cremation facilities and meet the needs of our families from arrangement offices located throughout Ohio. Our staff is pleased to meet with you wherever you would like.
The number of Ohio families choosing cremation has increased significantly in recent years. It is estimated that by the year 2020, nearly 50% of all Ohio families will select a service that includes cremation. The reasons for preferring cremation are varied. For some, they have environmental concerns with traditional casketed burial.

Finding and communicating with a funeral parlor while grieving is never an easy thing to do, but Helen at Heritage Cremation Society was understand, sensitive, and efficient with walking me through the necessary steps for my sister's cremation.
She was particularly helpful when the hospital, while overwhelmed with covid cases, missed a detail on the death certificate, which held up the process. She contacted the hospital on our behalf to have the correction made so that the cremation could take place.

I was very pleased with the service that Heritage offered. I had to plan an out of town funeral with several unusual and difficult financial arrangements. Helen was my coordinator there at heritage. Many emails and phone calls were exchanged, and throughout, she was patient, kind and helpful. I have nothing but high praise for Heritage services.

Everyone at Heritage Cremation Society is very accommodating & thoughtful. Someone is always available to answer questions. Ashley kept me informed throughout the entire process. I used their services several years ago when my parents passed within days of each other & now recently when my husband died. They are wonderful!

I was on vacation in Hawaii when my uncle passed away in Ohio. Having to deal with a family member's death is hard enough, but to have to do it away from home is even worse. Heritage was very helpful and patient during the entire process and kept me informed daily as to the progress of finalizing the cremation. Upon my return home to Minnesota, I was still having to deal with this process from a different state location, but Heritage stepped up and the made everything almost seamless! They even were amenable to delivering the remains before I arrived in Ohio to a person I designated at my uncle

This the second time we have used the services of Heritage. Both experiences have been excellent. This is a very professional and compassionate group. Their communication skills are outstanding; at no time were we left uniformed as to the next steps in the process. All paperwork could be completed online utilizing e-signature technology which worked best for us. Their assistance in generating and coordinating placement of the obituary in the regional newspaper was invaluable due to staffing issues at the newspaper due to Covid. We will not hesitate to call upon the services of Heritage Cremation
