When my Mom died unexpectedly I called several funeral homes but after a friend referred me to this one I gave them a call. This was the first one who actually had a answering service out of the others I called. They had a staff member call me back right away. Everyone at this funeral home helped me tremendously with the sudden death of my mother. I had to plan a unexpected funeral and they actually worked with me and guided me when I was completely lost. I had a wonderful experience twice over with both of my parents. Through this wonderful Funeral Home. When your not in the best mind. Dealing with so much. This place had terrible hospitality. The people working there were very direspectful and made very snippy comments in a time of such sorrow an mourning for our family. We felt rushed and that our loss was an inconvenience to them and insignificant. It made our loss that much harder to deal with.
