I repeat do not do not allow your family member to go here. My father in law went here to rehab his legs, he is now today undergoing amputation due to bed wounds and neglect. They did not clean him, they did not rehab him, the staff has poor communication and I don't believe that a RN is there over nights. The staff does not speak english well or cannot relay properly the status of your loved ones. My father in law stated that they bout killed him down there. I guess him running a fever actually saved his life because he had to be rushed to a hospital. Physicians that are caring for him--all attest

Well I am a former employee an I loved working there don’t get me wrong the residents are very sweet people I I enjoyed doing for them no matter what if I was able an I was just a housekeeper. Some of the employees are great people to be around an work with. Then you have those who are supposed to be leaders that don’t lead an that’s no a great look for employees.If your superior is not doing they job them what would make you want to continue to work in that environment I can honestly say that there are a lot of employees that really actually care for the residents but lake city needs to

My mother has been a resident here since 2014. They are constantly running out of her meds, she goes a week or longer on a regular basis without a shower. Right now the shower room is “broken” and she along with everyone else there hasn’t had a shower in almost 3wks. They don’t care. I have been calling since last week to speak to someone in charge and they simply refuse to take my call so I’m going to the Better Business Bureau and the news stations. They will wish they would’ve answered my call.

Hands down one of the best places. Friendly staff and very helpful. Housekeeping is top notch. Keeps the place very clean. With this COVID going around they take their job very seriously. Shout out to head of house keeping. The nursing staff is amazing. Answers questions diligently, and the willingness to go above and beyond. ❤️

I spoke with Mrs. Haney today about her stay here at Lake City Nursing and Rehab. Mrs. Haney and her husband have been residents in this facility since Feburary 2019. Since there stay here, Mrs. Haney have made it their home. Mrs. Haney stated that initally she did not want to come here, but have enjoyed their stay thus far. Mrs. Haney stated that she knew God was looking out for her and her husband choosing this facility. The things that are done here, she stated she could not have done it for herself at home. The care the staff provides for them and the meals that are prepared each day, she stated
