You should save your money on this place. Never live downstairs, the upstairs neighbors are loud. There is constant stomping and the manager won't do anything about it. She'll tell you to work things out on your own. The rooms here might be a nice size for the reasonable price that you're paying but rent will go wayyyy up after 6 months. The water heaters are messed up in the place too, the water goes from really cold to really hot to the point where you can burn yourself. So, i highly suggest you to save your money on this place, its worth spending it on a place where you can actually sleep. Cockroaches
