At first it was affordable and very decent but now with the new managment this place is going downhill very fast starting with the loud neighbors, the homeless walking in and out whenever they want to and sleeping on the parking spots and also they cut the water whenever they please without any warning. I can't wait to move out

Living here has been by far the worst experience ever. The managers are extremely inefficient. They are always cutting the water without notice and when you call the manager, Maurina Mccrory she will literally talk over you and is very unprofessional. The neighbors are loud and the building is old. Do not rent here if you want to save yourself the trouble.

I lived there for a short while, the manager was like a warden, it was the worst experience of my entire life, people come and go, not by choice, I think they have a scam just to keep your security deposit, I was actually afraid to “go home” thinking there would be a note on my door for something. When my lease was not renewed, I was actually so happy to get out of there, I could say alot more but I did complain and got no where, don’t waste your time and energy living there

Although I didn't end up signing a lease there. This review is for Ms Laura. She was the only leasing agent during my search that contioniusly followed up with me to let me know the status of her apartments availability. Even though she had nothing available during the time frames I needed she was still more than wanting to help me during my search. We need more customer service oriented people just like Ms Laura even if we are not always gaining something. Thank you again. Go Army.

The smell reminds me of my uncle Timmys house, and the beige walls remind me of my girlfriends personality. The grease on the cabinet handles was super slick, so I never had to buy any butter. I named my bathroom Fletch after my pet ferret. Walking distance from Jake O'Hare fish processing plant in Louken, IA. 9/10 would recommend.

Absolutely the WORST place i have ever lived. My husband and i expected something much nice by looking at the pictures. Being that he is in the Navy all we were able to go off of was what management sent us via email. The apartment itself was okay, not worth what i paid for it but all around okay. Any request we had for Maintenance had to be submitted MULTIPLE times. The general manager was awful, she would walk in the apartment without any notice to do walk throughs, not that she would do anything about whatever we would find. There are roaches everywhere and managements solution to that was to
