Lots of improvements going on around here. Great to see stuff being upgraded. Can't wait to see it when it is done. The office staff are great, never had any problems or anything. My maintenance issues are always done like the next day. All the maintenance guys are super nice too. I love my view of the hills too. Not too shabby for San Diego. Would recommend.

Hallway floors look like this was once a 70s motel. Shady people walking around the complex all night. There’s alcohol/beer containers around the parking. Some of the apartments are trap houses. They supposedly hired a security few months ago but all they do is come at 9:59, lock the pool and laundry and they’re gone. Waiting for my lease to be over.

These apartments think they are worth what they charge. 1980s kitchens for city prices. Neighbors have no respect for one another loud at all hours of the night. Dirty green stained carpets throughout halls resembles cheap motel hallways. The manager lady with blonde hair got upset with me for having plumbing issues that was due to old pipes they never fixed before I moved in. Overall prices are going up and management is getting worse.
