If you have the vintage steel windows, this is the company you want to call.
Our home is 80 years old. Mike, from Arrow Glass, has done top quality work on repeated visits spanning a number of years. He has repaired glass at ground level and on the second story - both standing on a roof and working on a ladder.
Today he replaced three panes in our living room with tempered glass. Great work, carefully done. I notice that the only review of less than 5 stars was someone who adid not ask how much the work would be before it was done.
We got a bid and were happy to pay that amount for quality reliable

Arrow Glass came to replace a broken window at our house. They answered my call right away, gave me an estimate over the phone (and the actual repair was $60 less!), and were out to fix the window within a day. They were on time for the appointment and did a fantastic job. Amazing service, nice people, super fast, responsive and very affordable. A wonderful local business. Highly recommend.

Good Service. Reliable. Expensive. Be aware of $160/hour labor.
I had a window fixed by UC Glass before and was happy with its service. When I contacted them this time, Arrow Glass performed the window glass replacement for us bit I wasn't aware that that prices have changed so much.

Had a broken single paned window, called up Arrow Glass and got an appointment booked easily. Sergio came right at the appointed time, fixed the window, charged us less than what I'd been quoted by a different company. Easy peasy and the window looks great. Highly recommend Arrow Glass!

Talk about going above and beyond!!!

Jim from Arrow Glass came over to fix a door shade. Turns out they don't do this. With most companies that would have been the end of that: sorry, good bye, have a nice day.

Instead Jim pictures of the relevant number codes and promised to find us someone who can help. And sure enough, someone from Arrow Glass called us back -- that same afternoon --, with a referral.

Impressive customer focus and professionalism! Thank you Arrow Glass!

Mike came out to fix a dual plane glass that was hazy from moisture. It had been that way for YEARS. Finally decided to have it fixed. Exchanged phone calls and texts. He came out to take a look. Gave me a fair quote. Made an appointment to come out and fix at a later date. He was friendly, professional, and on time. Fixed it good as new. Also wore mask for Covid precautions which I appreciated. This is the second time Mike came out to my house to fix a window glass. First time he fixed a single plane glass broken during a burglary. He was UC glass back then and just as pleasant and professional

Wonderful, understanding people. I strewed up the dimensions of a cabinet door window, not once but twice. Both times with only an understanding chuckle they quickly fixed my mistakes without a justified additional charge. I recommend Arrow Glass to everyone.

I highly recommend Arrow Glass. Their price was hundreds of dollars less than the competition. From the complete and thorough estimate and measure for window screens which fit perfectly to the expert removal of broken glass and a huge mirror for an incredible price the service was spectacular. I heard about them from a local contractor and would use Arrow Glass again for any further work I might have without hesitation.

After wasting weeks trying to find a replacement handle for a very old casement window, someone suggested we try Arrow Glass. The service was stellar. They didn't have the right handle in stock, but found it in one of their catalogs, ordered it for us, and five days later we finally were able to lock our bathroom window. It's an old fashioned local business, with friendly service, where they do their best to help you get what you need.

Hard to judge what glass prices should be, because any labor - like polishing edges - quickly drives the price well above the cost of the raw glass, but prices here are probably typical of a neighborhood, non-discount shop. Friendly service.

Arrow replaced a window in our rental and did a good job. I spoke with the worker and he said that they could cut apiece of glass for a table I had. I have emailed them twice and called them twice and they don't return my email or calls. I just don't know what to think when there is a contact us part of a web site and there is no response, or when I leave a message with a clear phone number and no response. Just chronically disappointed with businesses that want me to work so hard to give them money.

Had them do work on some window screens for my home. They just plain ordered the screens wrong. This is simple basic stuff. Resolving it took months and arguments and the resolution was to cancel the order.

I have exterior Marvin french doors which recently would no longer lock. Obviously, this was a problem. Since the doors were no longer under warranty, the local Marvin dealer wouldn't repair them. So I called Arrow Glass. Jim came out and within 20 minutes he had the doors working; he also taught me how to make fix the problem if it returns in the future when the rains (hopefully) return and the doors swell.

My doors lock, my peace of mind is returned and I have new handy skills. A win!
