No communication. Contradicting when you contact and then manager avoids talking to client in difficult situations. Very quick to take your money but when asked for refund put a lot of excuses while “putting effort” to help get you a refund. Manager swears he can’t leave my vehicle without coverage.... that’s my choice to make I want my money back. Apparently will take a month for me to see my money and not even the full amount they took by renewing the insurance without letting me know. False promises leading to inconvenient things like this.
