We've been blessed for the opportunity to invest with 37Parallel! Not only do they have a strict criteria and vetting in all aspects of acquiring their team (staff, management company, lenders, attorneys etc), but they utilize a methodical research and due diligence in the acquisition of properties. The icing on the cake is that we've met the key players in the organization (Chad, Dan, Don & Kieran) and they seem to be men of integrity.

Having partnered this past year with 37th Parallel has been an amazing experience. Chad, Dan, Kieran and Don are a very impressive group of very hard working and ethical folks. I first came across 37th parallel reading about them on a physician financial blog (White Coat Investor). After speaking with the principals in the company (Chad Doty, Dennis Bethel, Don Duncan) I saw that their investing philosophies aligned with mine (the main goal is to preserve capital and have growth). There were other more riskier options out there which had promises of larger returns, but for me I prefer investing in something I believe in and have been incredibly happy with the returns. As of today I have invested a total of 6 different times with 37th parallel and every investment

My 37th Parallel Properties experience has been nothing but professional, educational and FUN! Questions are answered immediately and updates on all properties are on time and complete. I was especially impressed by their handling of the hurricane in Texas and it's effect on a property I have interest in. They were concerned first about the people living there! So compassion is also part of their company culture.
